      This place is a scam they ordered a part for my car that was not compatible for my car charged me over $400 and I immediately had issues. Took it back they didn’t fix anything. Took it to a state of the art shop that told me about the incorrect part was I had to pay another $600 to get the same issue fixed correctly. I’m requesting a refund for
      the parts only and they refuse to give me that, but this will not work for me not sure if they are used to doing this type of scam on others, but I will not
      allow my hard earned money to be wasted in such a scam. Not even worth one star.

      Terrible place to take a vehicle they charged me $89 to diagnose my pickup they said they fixed it and charged me $362 for an oil change but didn't diagnose the problem with my frontend just removed the fuse so the warning light didn't show. said they didn't have time to look at it again or give a refund they scam customers out of their money take your vehicle anywhere but they to get it looked at

      I have reviewed you transaction records and spoken with the Shop Manager.
      We performed a $79.99 diagnostic because you stated your front wheel drive would not engage. We found a blown fuse which was replaced at no additional charge and the issue was resolved. Additionally, you stated the front axle oil was dark gray. We recommended front differential fluid service and, with your authorization, the fluid was replaced (3 quarts) for $249.99. No oil change was requested or performed. I understand that you have contacted the shop because the fuse has blown again and they requested you bring the vehicle back in at your earliest convenience so we can diagnose the electrical issue to determine the root cause of the problem.

      I would never go to this joke of a company again. They charged me almost 1000. For something they didn't even fix.

      I took my car to Calverts Dec 26, 2022, as a GAS CAP error lite came on in my car. After an $81 bill, I was told I needed a new gas cap. I went to ******************************************** *** bought a new gas cap for $21. It was NOT the gas cap. The store on ************* said, TOO BAD. I will never go there again. The hub store in Independence, **., will not even take complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS!!!

      NEVER take your vehicle to this place for anything!! I took mine for an exhaust leak, which turned out to be the flex pipe. I was quoted a price for a flex pipe to be replaced. They said it was done and I had to take it back TWICE afterwords for them to fix things. I paid for a flex pipe @ $95 part price, and then I found out they put on a flex patch instead which only cost @ $28. If they would have put on the piece I asked for there would have been no welding involved just nuts and bolts, but they did NOT! The ATTEMPT at the weld job was so BAD there were gaps and they tried to cover it up with muffler putty. To keep this shorter rather than longer, THEY LIED TO MY FACE when confronted about this, they offered NO REFUND OR ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed CORRECTLY. Avoid this LOCATION at all costs, they are lying crooks and should be put out of business for their practices!!!!!
