    Watch out for these type of management companies that rent other people's property. After signing a 2 year contract after a walk-through and found myself living in a roach infested home, that was notice 2 days of living there. The worst part of it, is roaches were in the stove!
    I could not believe that there was roaches running out on top of the stove and then running back into the spot that they came out of. So, discussing! I immediately contacted the number provided for work orders and they had the nerve to say "I never notice roaches in the house before and the stove is new" I immediately took pictures of the roaches and the used stove that was really needing to be replace. I requested that they remove the stove and they had the nerve to tell me that the "owner of the home refuse to do so." They then went on to say that they will send a exterminator out to take care of it. When the exterminator came, I notice and showed him that he was using the same thing for the roaches that I had brought, which let me know he's not a real exterminator and had no other tactics to stop the roaches. I again, informed them that I would like the stove removed and my request was ignored by them! I even told them about the mouse that ran into the garage and they basically said, "they will send someone out to put out bait. It's really sad that money means more then respect, responsibility, neglect, homelessness etc. When it comes to money, Sad

    Ms .P**** is new tenant with the company. She called in for seeing a mouse in the street and she said she had a few roaches. She was responded to immediately and maintenance sent out. All communication with tenants is documented on our google text line. She called in again a few weeks later and said she saw a roach in the stove, again we sent out extermination immediately, pulled out the stove and found no roaches. We have pictures and documentation from the exterminator. The home is not infested with roaches. Three different people have been to the property since she moved in and the property is not infested with roaches. The Owner of the property however did pay for these charges and the tenant was NOT charged for these service calls. She was upset because she wanted a new stove and the Owner was not willing to provide her a new stove as the stove is working fine and no evidence of roaches was found in the stove. This is review surprised us as she has been fairly pleasant with our management team and we went thru several measures to help her find a home. We can provide all of the texts and documentation to the BBB as proof that we were attentive and very responsive to her. At times it's unfortunate for us the management company being the liaison between the owner of the property and the tenants because our job is answer calls and report to the Owner and the Owner makes the decision on what he wants to do. A new stove was not needed and she definitely was not ignored. Please give us the opportunity to provide proof rather than just a statement that she was ignored because this is just not the case. We would greatly appreciate this statement not being published as we value our tenants and business and work very hard each day to provide service, maintain relationships and continue doing business. Thank you for your consideration in this matter in reference to our company and well being.
