      Ordered a part in February and still no part or follow up email. I have emailed and tried calling several times with no answer to either.

      Placed Order #***** on February 6, 2023 for a BE 9000ER Automatic Carburetor for $42.98. Status of order says ************* ******* phone number ************ does not answer. All texts and emails regarding my order have been ignored for almost 2 months. This company is a scam.

      Bought product for [Order #*****] (March 11, 2023) / Spent $39.99 which has already been taken from account. Received an email about the order and it should ship **** first class. No response now from seller after ******* emails and even by text as website has requested. Log on to account and it just says order is processing still.

      Placed an order on Mar, 8, 2023, have not received my order, have not heard from the company, they have charged my account for this order and it does not matter how you try to contact them, they will not respond. I would like the part that I ordered and if not I would like a refund.

      On January 30. 2023 I ordered a carburetor from Generator Parts World. I received an email acknowledging my order number ***** on the same day. No part has been received over a month later and Generator Parts World has not responded to several emails and phone calls requesting the status of my order. Looking at other complaints filed with BBB about this company, this seems to be fairly typical.

      Ordered generator parts online from the Generator Parts World, LLC website paying with credit card. No merchandise received. I've tried to contact the company via telephone and email with no response. They stole ***** from a gift card I used. Order #*****] (January 24, 2023). Ridiculous.

      I ordered a part on Dec 19, 2022 they took the money ($60.99) out of my bank account on Dec 20 and my order is still in process according to thier website. I have tried to call multiple times and cannot even leave a message. I want my money back.

      I had placed an order on Feb 2nd. Received an order confirmation and my card was charged. After multiple attempts vis call text email. Customer service chat on the web site, to reach out and find out about the status of my order I have not heard anything back. Nor will the contact me. I will be filing a fraudulent claim on my credit card.

      I ordered a part from generatorpartsworld .com on January 6. I received a confirmation e-mail January 11 that they have received my order and processed my payment of $26.99. My order # is *****. The amount of money is not big, but they have not replied to any of my attempts to contact them. I used their "chat" feature twice, and sent them a message on the number provided on the website, and tried to call that number as well. When I call, it says the voicemail box has not been set up. I have received an automated reply from the chats saying a ticket has been created, but nothing else.

      Product was ordered on 23 December, 2022. Total amount for the item that was ordered $34.99. I have records of myself sending numerous emails asking what the holdup/status of my order. There site states that someone will contact you within 48 hours. It’s been 45 days and not one word from this company. They have a phone number that is bogus. You place a call to that number a message states this in box for this number hasn’t been set up. I believe that this company is a scam. I also noticed on **** that this company is selling products or so it seems. This company needs to be fully investigated.
