      NEGATIVE STARS is deserved here... Absolutely insane. Placed an order on the 8th and according to their time frame it should have been shipped already . All I got was an order confirmation email ... I've tried contacting to check on it to see if maybe it was just delayed which wouldn't be an issue , phone number went to no VM setup yesterday and now caller is not accepting calls at this time, I texted, filled out a form and tried chat .. it's about a joke DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER . I should've seen the red flags . Honestly luckily my order wasn't that expensive but it's the POINT of not s******* people. There's NO PLACE TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON WEBSITE. I hope others do research before ordering .. regret not doing it

      Ordered parts through ****. Waited over a month and even **** could not any shipping or delivery info. Thank God for ***** guaranteed refund policy - got my money back in 3 days after requesting it.
      Generator Parts World e chat gets no response in 2 weeks in spite of a 48 hour max response time promise. Phone number greeting " This person has not set up their voice mail Good bye"
      Incompetent at best, but probably a fraud.
      Find another supplier. *** **
      PS Got the part in 3 days from ******.

      Generators part world is a scam. Paid for a part and have not received it. How can this place keep taking money from people.

      Ordered the part and paid for the 1-3 days shipping. It's been 9 days and now it's labor day weekend. No phone, no response or anything. You call the number and all you get is a message that's full of excuses. I've already accepted that it's a scam and I'm screwed. They're at the top of the first ****** page because they paid to be there. This place is a total scam and something needs to be done because it's obvious that they're not going to stop ripping people off .
