    At 99 years old, the purpose of this letter is to stir others that they may understand and sympathize with my outrage and my futile attempts to obtain compensation from the "************************ at Forest Park SE" before I pass on. After me and 200 other elderly individuals were evicted from the Heritage House this January (2024), I did not believe that another ************************ in ************** would cause another injustice. "************************" has been unresponsive through certified letters, emails and telephone calls for my request to return my deposit for putting on their waiting list several months ago. I have had to move out of state to live with my son meanwhile. If nothing else I hope this letter is a warning to other elderly to stay away from the "************************ at Forest Park SE" and for the city officials and Better Business Bureau to investigate and social media to publicize their lack of integrity. I was a resident of ************** since 1953. Thank you for your patience.

    They won't remove off my credit report even though they have no proof that debt was mine.i have informed them the debt is mine.
