    In November of 2023 I paid my rent for 2 months, my rent is $475, I paid $1000 so I had a remaining balance of $50 of which I was going to use for January the landlord ****** said I didn't have a remaining balance and said i have to pay full months rent. He would also stop by unannounced, no appointment made with me and also not even telling me he was in my unit. While my rent was paid he also changed my locks, I called the police and he opened my door, a week later he told me I have to move and all my belongings were stolen from my unit.

    Since my building had been bought out in December of 2023, the upkeep of this building has gone downhill, Ive spoken to the landlord and his assistant about spraying and other things maintenance should take care of but no one ever comes(which I have pics of) and nothing has been done and their attitude is so nonchalant, the hallways smell bad there are roaches and the dumpster has a chain and lock on it! Also one of his workers next door has been peeping through my window, and when I asked the landlord about it he said that wasnt his worker. *** never had to deal with this in all my years of living and it is totally unacceptable.

    All of our buildings are sprayed twice a year by law. As far as the chain on the dumpster, this may be a property that I no longer take care of. Please specify which location you are having these issues at.
