    I will NEVER do business here again. Their lack of follow up, lack of willingness to help and their inability to provide straight answers in a timely manner is not okay. I purchased a vehicle from them 60 days ago. I had only put 2500 miles on the vehicle when it had a mechanical issue (turbo charger went out) while I was there I checked the oil and it didnt even read in the dipstickmind you the oil life reading said 48% the service department tried saying it may not be covered due to having an aftermarket air filter on it. But they could do the repair and send in the defective part to see if the factory warranty would cover it. The issue here is the parts were out ***** days and the dealership didnt have a loaner to put me in.. I was just expected to walk I guess. I tried talking to managers and was told thats above my pay grade youll have to talk to the ** who I was told was out sick. For 1 full week I had no answers and no resolution. I asked for a loaner, I asked if they would buy my truck back and sell me another one.each time it was passed off as a ** question. FINALLY I went up and spoke to a sales manager Tuesday 7/9/24 and again was told out of my pay grade youll have to talk to the gm so I took my truck to a different dealership and took a HUGE loss and bought a different truck. I will NEVER do business here again not will I send ANY friend or family member here.

    ********************* did purchase a vehicle that was in ************ and was told at the time of purchase that we need to change the oil. The customer did not have time and my staff set up a free oil change to come in **** to get this done, he never did. The customer had a issue two months later and my service department diagnosed the problem a Blown Turbo. The Turbo was warranted as long as ************** would not decline because of the after market cold intake the customer put on the vehicle and at the time he brought in the oil was very low. The part was like a lot of parts on National back order and was ***** days out and at the time we had zero service loaners available. The customer being in the Auto industry would or should know parts has been a issue off and on for 4 years. The customer vehicle would have been fixed when the parts were available but the customer was demanding we refund his money instead of trading if that is what he wanted to do but he decided to trade with another dealer. Unfortunately the customer wanted it fixed now and we could not until we received the part.
