February of 2024 i bought a New 2023 travel trailer camper from Joplin rv and marine. Brand new never lived in.The manager at the time tried to extort money from me. Thru the trade in of my harley ********* Wich i found out later he did it to many customers. And i believe is in jail for it. At the time he tried this. The paper work had been signed the camper was mine so I couldn't back out of the deal. Since then I have had the camper back to them 5 times for many repairs. But specifically for a water leak on the slide out, that floods the camper. And 5 times they have failed to fix it. They currently have it again. I just received a call from them. Stating that my warranty is now up. And they can't fix it with out me paying. I was told I had a full bumper to bumper warranty. At time of purchase. I have filled a complaint with the ********************************. And as a disabled veteran I have applied to a lawyer thru the va to see if I qualify for legal help. In short I felt taken advantage of in every way. And failed to fix the problem for a whole year. Just to tell me they can't now because of the expired warranty. It's wrong. All I want is a camper that works. I would like an out come. We're they would take this camper back and give me a full refund. So that I can take my business else where. And I feel they need to be investigated for thier buisness practice. I do know that all thier employees have been recently replaced. Due to all the scaming of customers. Please help me if you can. Contact me anytime.

According to the Warranty Information section on page 3 of the attached Buyer's Order signed by ******* **** ******* and **** *** ***** on Feburary 17, 2024, the customer acknowledged that ****************** & ********** made no express or implied warranties. The unit was subject to a warranty made by the manufacturer and not by us. We have tried at least 5 times in the past year to recreate the problem this customer claims to experience without success. Even though we couldn't find a cause for the leak they claim to have experienced, we filed 2 different claims with the manufacturer on this unit for seals and sealants and the water dam that goes in the corner of the slide to deflect water outside of the camper and made the authorized repairs. As an act of good will, without charge, there have been 3 additional times that we tried to recreate the problem without success, but still resealed every area we could think "might" cause a problem.  They have also tried to trade this unit in to us, unfortunately the lenders decline the credit application. They are currently out of their factory warranty. When we notified the customer that there would be a charge to them for any further work on the camper, they became angry and filed this complaint.

I purchased in Jan 2024 an RV. (It was a 2023 model Vehicle Gulfstream) When it rained hard it leaked. The furnace didn&#**;t work. They said they would repair if I left it there for 4 - 6 weeks or more. We called another company and they repaired it within2 days. It was winterized when purchased but it is still leaking. They offered to repair but I cannot take it to where they want it repaired and leave it there. I paid 30k for it.

However, the ** is covered by a manufacturer's warranty with Gulf Stream and Service Contract. The customer may schedule an appointment with our service department or any service provider near her to facilitate diagnosis of any problems with the ** and facilitate a claim for repair with Gulf Stream or the Service Contract provider.

I received a call from *********************** and it went to voicemail.  I called back and I believe the man I talked to was an attorney.  I said something about the service and told him it was difficult to get the car over to them.  My son had a heart attack and 2 mild strokes so this is why.  I talked to ***** and they said there was no ***** that worked there. I asked for the male service director and he said no ***** worked for him.  I have no idea who ***** was and called and asked for a service manager and asked for ***** and they said he quit or was terminated 2 months ago.  I didn't get paperwork on what I had signed, I had to request it.  I think there is some fraud involved with this.  My son was able to come up with only $500 on it.  The person I talked to said he would was going to sell me a piano and purchase it back.  He couldn't tell me exactly what he was doing.  I just got the paperwork back this week and under the deposit it says $5000 not $500.  He paid $500 down and they marked it down as $5000.  ***** was only able to come up with $500.00.  I don't think I have all of the paperwork.  They only gave me what they wanted me to have.  I believe I was talking to an attorney.  We bought the trailer so my son would have a place of his own.  We had to take it somewhere else for the heating element to be repaired.  We are having someone come to repair something else on the rv and we don't know if it is covered under warranty.  I am his caregiver, 80 years old and feel like I have really been taken advantage of in this situation.

It started four months ago we purchased a RV from the business and it was needing fixed up on the RV. We gave them a list of everything that needed fixing and they stated that they would do. We get the RV back three months there were something that they did not fix. They came out and fixed one thing on it and we called and asked when they would fix the remaining things. They said to call out extended warranty provider to see if they would cover the cost of the repairs and then reach back out to them. I did not get in contact with my extended warranty provider because I feel the Joplin RV stated that they would fix the issues. I would like for them to fix the repairs that they said they would fix.

The ******'s purchased a 9 year old used travel trailer from us that had major leaks and was in below average condition and in need of much repair. They were aware of the condition of the trailer when they purchased it.  Joplin RV agreed to replace the floor along with a few other repairs. We even agreed to rebuild a compartment door after to the fact in an effort to make them happy. Joplin RV also sent a service technician to their home to repair a roof/sidewall seal. To my knowledge we have repaired everything that we agreed to fix for the ******s.

I personally visited with *** ****** last week and his only complaint was a broken skylight that he admitted they broke themselves. We have given them an estimate for repairs. I am unaware of any additional repairs that were agreed upon at time of purchase that have not been completed as of this date. If there are, then I would be willing to review their list and see what can be done.
