  Bait and switch. They ask to charge your card just to "consider your offer". After you give them your card number, they will tell you that isn't good enough. They will want to do a hard credit pull to consider an offer of the ASKING PRICE. They will tell you they are going to need a week to clean it up from all the traffic that has been through it. But if you ask for a week to pick it up, all of a sudden you are REQUIRED to get it in 7 days. Then they will raise the price almost 10%!!!!!!!! Worst part is they wanted 16% interest rate from a well qualified buyer and around 18% down. I even offered them CASH for the ASKING price. ****. They will not consider talking to you in ******* unless you give them a credit card number and a hard pull. And once they have that it is ADD 10% to the asking price AND 16% interest for a well qualified buyer.VERY DISAPPOINTED ******!I am buying from a state with NO SALES TAX to boot. After taking my CC# and doing a HARD pull of this qualified buyer, they wouldn't accept my last and final offer of 50% down and pick it up in 24 hours with NO SALES TAX, AT ASKING PRICE. Again no. After taking my CC#, Credit application, copy of Driver License, AND meeting their terms they STILL wanted 10% MORE THAN ASKING. And 16% interest with HALF DOWN from a QUALIFIED BUYER!****** BUYER BEWARE *******

  Dealer did not honor written sales quote, 5 days after I paid $1K deposit. My credit rating is excellent, and I agreed to finance with dealer's bank in order to get a lower sales price. My negotiated deal was on a used **, at price between low ***************** retail and average ***************** retail. After 1 week of phone calls which went nowhere with this dealer, I finally received a written quote in the amount I'd negotiated with them 1 week ago and which they'd agreed to. I told them I accepted such, and scheduled a day/time to come pick up the *** 2 hours after receiving that written dealer quote, this dealer calls me and reneges on the deal and states he's sending me back my $1K deposit. Don't trust any price or deal you negotiate with this dealer. Nothing they put in front of you can be trusted, and most especially nothing they tell you verbally. Run, don't walk, to the nearest competitor, where you at least have a chance of getting the deal you negotiated in good faith. Sad that some rotten apples in the ** sales industry spoil the reputation for the rest.

  We apologize for the confusion. The ** you offered to purchase in on consignment and is not owned by our dealership. The consignor (individual owner of the **) rejected the offer. Rejection of your offer to purchase being rejected was beyond our control. We do have control over **s owned by the dealership. Perhaps you may consider considering an alternative.

  Terrible **************** and no integrity dealing with customers. They did not do what they said they would do and refused to make things right. They do not have the capability to do what is necessary. I would never do business with this company.
