      I currently live in a low income income based apartment. They really could care less about the tenants and simply want the rent on time without taking care of it's tenants. 1 dumpster for all 3 story apartments gets full, overflows and goes all around it on the floor. Attracts roaches bugs rats and racoons. Leaks in apartments go over 7 days before getting fixed. Over 100 work orders and counting are in progress. Not recommended to anyone. They deserve no stars

      I can not even talk about what happened with this management company. I am traumatized. Don't move into any of thier properties. At least if they are low income. they could care less.
