I have 4 transactions on my ********** from this company. I can’t find a web site for them. I only just noticed it today as this transaction pushed my card over the limit. The transactions start at $16.99 back on June 1, then $17.97 on July 1, then $19.97 on Aug 1 and again today Aug 29. I have not ordered anything or authorized a payment for anything the last few months for this company, nor any other company outside of my local retail locations in Ohio. With no way of getting contact to this “company”, I’m hoping this will help me get refunded before I file a claim with my credit card company.Business Response

I notice in my statement that on May 20th there was a withdrawal on my card for the amount of $22.94 I didn’t think anything of it I thought it was something that I bought and didn’t remember but the following month they withdrew on June 18th the amount of$16.99 then the following month they tried to withdraw but I had no money in the account so now I’m August they made another withdrawal of $19.97 and I’m fed up. I made the mistake of ordering the hula hoop but i DID NOT give them permission to take $19.97 every month out of my account!! Ive tried contacting them but never seem to reach anyone. I want my money they took without permission and no more charges..

On July 14, 2022, my credit card was charged $19.97 for something from this company. It appears the company "swiped" my card in its machine or it manually put my credit card numbers in its machine. This company is out of Missouri and I am in Illinois. I have not visited Missouri or this company. I did not purchase anything from this company. I am rejecting this response because: I never placed an order with them and have no idea what "membership" I signed up for. This company is a scam. How did they get my credit card number? I believe they are stealing people's identity. The need to provide proof of what I ordered from them and when I agreed to a membership.
