      I scheduled a j$10,000 job a couple weeks out from the scheduled date with KC Waterproofing for foundation repair. On the date of work KC Waterproofing no showed and a no call. I called their answering service for 3.5 hours leaving 3 separate messages and no call back. At 9:30am I received a general text they would not be out and I would receive a call later in the day to reschedule. I called the answering service a 4th time and soon I received a call from the owner, Don D****, stating they completely forgot me on the schedule. D**** stated they were overwhelmed with other jobs and the rainy weather had placed them behind schedule. He also stated I was misinformed by my sales quote as the job would take 2 days for repair and not 1. I informed D**** he needed to discount my project 10% for the inconvenience he caused me to miss a day of work if he wanted my business and a promise in writing the project would be 1 day.
      D**** declined a 10% discount but stated he would look to see if he could do anything and get back with me.
      A day later he called back and offered $300 off a 1 day project and a new date scheduled. I asked for this in writing and was told I would receive an email by the end of the day. Nearly 6 days later I still had not received an invoice so I called my sales-person who apologized for the inconvenience and he would talk with his manager to see if they could do something more for me due to the troubles. An hour later I received the invoice which proposed a discount less than the agreed upon $300 off promised while talking with D**** 6 days earlier.
      I would highly recommend anyone who is looking at KC Waterproofing to consider other options. For a $10,000 project they did not honor the contract for the agreed upon date which caused me a loss of a day's pay while waiting for them to no show. They also did not honor the agreed upon discount which I had with the owner, D****. Not very ethical or an organized company.
