    Very professional and issue focused. Gave me good homeowner tips to keep my systems working smooth. Many I did not know. Didn't try to make a problem that didn't exist. Answered all my questions clearly and directly. He was a nice surprise. Calling a plumber usually scares me. Not this time!!!
