We were sold in their no payment no interest 18 months while for my inheritance. They said we didn't qualify for 18 but gave us 14. Turns out it was with a horrible interest rate with payments. Not enough in the text to give full details.

We feel that their issue is not with Summit, perhaps with Service Finance, but we feel that our two parties did our process and due diligence correctly and above board.  Her first email spells out very clearly that they were originally agreeable to the 18 month with payment differed interest plan, which they did not qualify for thru Service Finance.  When countered with 14 months terms of the same plan they accepted.  I have attached one of several notifications that we, and they, received following the approval, prior to install.  It clearly spells out the terms of the promotional plan, payment amounts, derivation of the payment, and terms should they default on the payment.  They received this notification no less than 3 time each, as do we.  These terms are, in great detail but more confusing, spelled out in their financing docs.  They are emailed these docs to read and sign, which they did.  On installation day, prior to install, our installers presented their work order for signing for authorization to begin work.  The loan number, terms, and payment amount are clearly presented and Jeremy signed it.

I have called Service Finance to try to remedy this situation, but first, once the loan is finalized we have no say.  Second, their payment is in default and their terms are no longer negotiable.  Our stance is that the Cranes either did not read the terms that they were presented with, ignored them, or imagined them as they wanted them to be and not as offered and presented.  Either way, neither Summit nor Service Finance can be held to account for the failure of our customer to read and understand the clear terms of the agreement presented.

We attempted to help as we could, but cut off communication once we were threatened with legal action.

Your original application was for 18 mo WPDI, which you previously stated as well, they don't counter outside of program.  Per the finance company, you didn't qualify for a NoNo program.  We have no say in either of these decisions.
