    I signed an agreement with E**** ******* *********** to build my three season sunroom on about January 23, 2023. On February 2, 2023 I paid him $10,897.50, a deposit of 50% as he required to do the contract. He has done zero work on the sunroom.
    I tried numerous times trying to contact him by email, texts and phone calls with no response. On March 4,2024 he emailed me to let me know he was no longer building. That was the last I heard from him. I since then have been trying to contact him, again no response.

    04.21.2023 Contact was made with ***** ****** with ***** Anthony Renovations & Black Hawk LL . ***** came
    out to review site and to provide a quote to have a kitchen door bumped out and changed to a 96 inch slider, with
    covered deck and cement stamped patio with electric and hook up for Hot tub. At first, ***** was very
    professional. Gathered measurements, and make suggestions. ***** drew up a contact and sent via email.
    Contract signed and down payment completed on 05.05.2023 for $10,145.00. We have verification of payment
    made. Several emails made to ***** and his company to review specks and update status of when the job would
    be started and/or completed. At first ***** and his company were seemingly very transparent with responses
    though responses seemed to lessen through the year as to when he and his company would start and if the slider
    door was ordered. ***** and his team finally stated via text that he would start October 2.2023. this day came and
    when without ***** or his team showing up to the house. ***** and his crew finally showed up 10.06.2023 to
    complete final measurements with a lengthy discussion and was to start on the following Monday October 9,
    2023. ***** and or his crew did not show up to start project on October 9. From this date 10.09.2024 - calls,
    emails, texts continued to decline. To this date we now have minimal contact with ***** & his company. We have
    been patient and have continued to have open dialogue via phone, text, email with minimal to now, know
    response. We are dismayed and disappointed with this process. ***** and this company have robbed us of our
    money. No product have been brought to the home and no services completed as of 03.13.2024. A demand letter
    for completion of services or payment was sent 03.05.2024. We have reached out to ****** *** ***** at Titus
    Law firm and it was recommended notify Attorney General. We do have full documentation to back up our claim;
    contract, transfer of money, email, text's.

    From the beginning of working with this business there has been problems. Lack of communication, products not as listed, sub par workmanship. Two weeks after our concrete was installed it cracked. The newest is a handrail that broke. I have a 3 year warranty. I have contacted the owner multiple times. He states he will have someone out right away and get things finished. Nobody shows up. When he does respond, he says he’s on a cruise and will have it handled upon his return. When he returns, no response to any communication. The latest issue started 1 month ago and it still has not been resolved. At this point I’m looking at possibly contacting a lawyer and pursuing a civil suit.
