    Erick Juarez has been working on my house since October 30. As I write this, nearly two months later, my month-at-most project is still incomplete. I am out many thousands of dollars and only receive empty promises from Erick, first blaming the weather, then blaming the holidays, then blaming the inavailability of his crew. I have had to follow up with Erick repeatedly to see when things will be done; he can't tell me when. Instead, for multiple weeks in a row, he says it will be done "by the end of the week."     I am convinced he is 100% taking the money and running. DO NOT hire him or any of his entities (J6, LLC, Blackhawk, LLC, Erick Anthony Renovations, LLC) for anything.

    I wish I could give zero stars... My wife and I have spent more time in the past 5 months trying to get ahold of him and his crew than they have spent on our deck. Our deck is still not done by the way. Yes, the deck he said would take 3 days to finish is still not done... After 5 months.

    Frustrated as I am, I tried calling the persons number on our contract just so I could talk to somebody! ANYBODY! (Erik likes to go weeks without responding). Oddly enough, the person (FROM THE CONTRACT) answered and said he had quit the job because he was lied to and wasn't paid..... Who would have thought? Two strangers feeling wronged by the same person chatting it up on a Thursday morning wishing we each had better experiences. My new friend, you know who you are.

    I say all that to say this..... if you contact this..... Erik... (which I advise you stay clear of this company) Ask him if my deck is completed... if he says no, I advise you to hang up.... for you could be the next me... you... yes you!!! You are also my only hope of speaking to him, so before you hang up.... ask him when and why.

    I will update this when he completes the job, he refunds us the remaining work he has yet to complete, or he tries to do the scumbag thing and terminate the job while keeping the money for what he has yet to accomplish so you don't have to ask him anymore. Thank you for those that participate in helping get my deck completed.

    If there were a zero star or negative star that would be appropriate! Run do not walk away from this company!! Started out with great promises and lofty self promotion. Brought in three different subs before actually starting. Each one was suppose to be the very best quality until he replaced them with /another and saying this guy was much better. He took my check then raced to my bank not his own to cash it because he has no money to operate his business and robs for one to pay off the last one. After my two week project got to three months long and his workers stopped showing up because they were getting paid they pulled off my project. I ended up having to call in my insurance company after they tore up my home and i learned of his arrest. If you want to be lied to and robbed while helplessly watching your home be destroyed by incompetent workers (not craftsmen) then you have found the right company for your home remodeling project! One of my very worst experiences ever!
