      Tim M****** with Risk Strategies did remove a vehicle from my policy when I requested it, and this ultimately led to a cancellation that left all of my families vehicles uninsured and a negative mark on my credit. When I tried to address this with Tim he said I should have just the bill.

      Thomas McGee Group is a joke. The amount they have offered is a disgrace and when I called to try and speak to someone they are never in the office. By way of email to *********************** I asked from McGee Group could come out to view the damage merchandise and as of today I have not received a response. Frustration overload

      I have the same experience with an MSD claim from the July rains. MSD put me off for months saying Thomas McGee would contact me about my claim, they were just busy with all similar claims. Six months later and still zero contact or action. MSD finally gave me a contact person name and number at Thomas McGee - another month of only ability to leave voice message for this individual (************) and never a call back.

      A failure of a company, pathetic employees, and a mockery of the prestigious insurance industry. These people should be ashamed to call themselves human. Our home flooded 2x in July. MSD turfed the pithy amount to these sloths to work on reimbursing an exhausted city. How do the the savants at TMG respond? They simply DO NOT WORK. They NEVER pick up their phone since voicemails are ALWAYS full. No human picks up their main line. Any voicemails left on the main line goes into a black hole like MSD's ability to fix our sewer. It is Oct 21, nearly 3 months and I do not have a ***** from them for my damage. I submitted everything in early August. Guess we need to go to the news with this lack of attention to the public who more than deserve that $2900 from MSD.
