    My problem is with BookTrail , I have paid over $2,400 in time for worldwide press releases for UK, Northern Ireland, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania, South America. I have not received payment in over 2 years on this book. For when I tried to email them about my problems . No one responds or let me know what is going on. Some people have told me that the business has closed. Myself
    I just cannot do anymore business with book trail. Now my own writing is for my own piece of mind while I find the right book publisher to me. I am hoping to get my two books that I have written. ** ***** *** ******* *** *** ********** ** * ******r realease in my own name.

    I AM AUTHOR OF FIRE SINS! I WROTE AND PUBLISHED MY BOOK THROUGH BOOKTRAIL AGENCY! *** ****** AND ****** ***** WERE THE MAIN FACE OF THE COMPANY I WORKED FOR! I INVESTED SO MUCH MONEY INTO WRITING AND PROMOTING MY BOOK THROUGH BOOKTRAIL. HOWEVER I WAS TOLD I'D RECEIVE ALL ROYALTIES FROM MY BOOK! I HAVE SOLD MANY BOOKS AS IT IS ON ****** PLATFORM ALSO ****** *** *****. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INCOME AND ROYALTIES FOR MY BOOK! I'VE TRIED REACHING OUT TO BOOKTRAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE NO LONGER IN SERVICE AND AGENCY HASN'T REACHED OUT TO ME. I SPOKE TO *** ****** WHO NOW IS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND HE DOES NOT HAVE INFORMATION TO DIRECT ME TO PROPER PERSONNEL!     I signed up with Book Trail Agency in June/July 2022. ****** ***** (who left last May) was my Title Executive. He was courteous, seemed caring and helpful. I bought the Basic Publishing Package, PR for the UK and USA in August, bookmarks for the Frankfurt Book Fair in September, the Literary Partnership Programme in November, PR into Asia in November, a place in the International Book Competition in November, a radio interview with **** ******* in December, along with showcasing into the Sharjah and London Book Fairs - totalling some $9,000.
    ***** ****** took over when ****** left. She was keen to sign me up for presence into Australia as she was losing the UK territory and moving across to Australia she said. Given that, I did wonder why she was my Title Executive!
    From June this year I have had precious little contact with ***** after I told her that until I saw some return on my not inconsiderable investment I would not be spending any more. Nor have I received timely royalty reports. Nor in fact have I received any royalties whatsoever and given that I have bought many copies myself and know how many of my friends have bought it, am positive that the reports are incorrect.
    In August, September, and October my many attempts to contact BTA via Messenger, emails and voicemails have been ignored. A ******* *** did email me on 17 October but after I gave him copies of my September emails heard nothing further from him.
    The attached correspondence illustrates what has been happening - not happening...
    I have invested on the promise of certain actions that have barely occurred. They have indeed carried out the bare minimum; there has certainly been absolutely no meaningful feedback and no return in terms of royalties.

    I am just trying to publish a best-selling poetry book on healing. I paid yrs ago, they are so hard to work with and get in contact. They also try to do anything with the hard work given to them. Either publish my book and let's make money, or GIVE ME BACK MY FUNDS.
