    Where do i start. My first book was published with Booktrail Agency. Since then, I have learned that the business is a fraudulent business and took my book elsewhere. However, Booktrail agency refuses to take my book off the selling market and stealing the money from the book if/when it sells. They refuse to payout royalties, and the new publisher has relisted my book but they cannot get in touch with anyone at Booktrail Agency to stop their fraudulent criminal acts.
    If they read the BBB reviews, I highly doubt, they need to stop everything they are doing with my book immediately or I will be filing criminal charges.

    Book Trail seems to do everything they say they will do. The question I failed to ask in the beginning was how does what you do provide results? After I spent more than $18,000 with them I realize that its a total shot in the dark. What they do rarely works and may not work for anybody. When I finally asked they gave me a two year old published book with no details. I did the same thing with another agency. They make you feel like your book is good and worthwhile (mine was a finalist in the ********************* award.). We would all be better off getting an agent in the beginning. They had me pay to giveaway books at a large world book fair with 1.6 million visitors. No one was interested. These agencies use a drip-drip method to get your money. If I could do it over, I would do no marketing of any of my books unless the agency proves what they do works for other offers. So I would give a five star for them doing what they say but a one star for it being effective. Thats why others have given a low review

    They are crooks. They took my $6000 and wont reply to email or calls for weeks. Dont sign with them.CROOCKS ! CROOCKS. Im Lova Bassong and I take full responsibility of what I write. Bunch of liars.

    They published my book I worked hard on for three years. I paid them lots of money because they kept bugging me calling every week. Then after it went on Amazon they disappeared of course and I never heard from them again. They told me I would get a profit out of the sales. Lots of friends have bought my book but they still haven't given me my check. I haven't received anything and they wont give me an estimate of how many sold. I should have self published.

    This agency is a scam. I had to find out the hard way. Beware of them and others like them..
