      We called Blaze Movers, LLC to set up our move. It was scheduled for 9/1 at 10am. No one arrived at 10am so my husband called Blaze Movers around 11am to find out what was going on. The guy answered the phone and said he would check on the movers and hung up. Someone else called shortly thereafter stating that they were at the Uhaul place to get the truck. We thought that was odd that a moving company didn't have their own truck. They finally arrived around 11:30am. It took them several hours to load the truck and had to make two trips because they came with a small Uhaul. As they were moving our items into our new house, they broke several items, made a hole in the wall trying to move things in, scratched up my work desk, broke a bar chair and kitchen chair. After scratching my desk and trying to "rub" out the scratches they made, one guy said "Sorry" and assured me that they were insured. After we paid them and they left, we noticed that our kitchen table was missing the screws and the tabletop was not attached. Now we are left with a large kitchen table that we can't use because screws and clamps are missing, broken bar, broken bar stool, broken kitchen chair, scratched up work desk, and holes and scratches in the wall of our new house. I tried calling them about it and no answer. I reached out to Blaze Movers a couple of days later and the guy told me that he didn't actually do the move but that he contracted "We Do It All LLC" to do it and to call them. I called We Do It All and have never gotten anyone to answer the phone. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything back. Now Blaze nor We Do It All will respond back to me. I've called, voice left messages, text messages, emails... NOTHING. All I was wanting was to be compensated for the items they broke or damaged.

      I contacted this company back on February 17,2023 to get a quote for long distance move to Houston. I went ahead and paid a deposit of $300.00 via **** ***. On March 19,2023 I was contacted by the owner asking if I could send another $60.00 and if I did, they would take an additional $ 100.00 off plus the $60.00 off my total balance. I sent the $60.00 via **** ***. When I realized I was not going to be moving Houston, I contacted them on March 24,2023 to request a refund of $360.00. I was told by the owner that a refund usually takes about 30 days, and they would pay in $60.00 increments. 30 days went by, and I never received anything, so I contacted them again via phone with no response. On April 21,2023, I contacted them again via text message. The owner's response was that he didn't know when he would have it and that I would be better off opening a civil case to speed the process. He went on the say that they are a small business and was not prepare for a cancellation this major and once they do deposits, they put towards their next moves, leasing the trucks and maintenance. Thia is totally bad business and that fact that the owner has still not return my refund.

      I requested a deposit $75.00 for a moving service that did not fall through. I have contacted Blazed Moving LLC Derek Lovelace on multiple occasions, he informed me that i would get a refund of my deposit within 10-14 days, he has ignored me and has not refunded me. I would like my refund back in full as discussed.

      This company is not insured. They damaged property and personal belongings. I have attempted to reach out and was given an incorrect phone number and ignored phone calls and emails.
