      the owner of this moving company is a pedophile. he was looking through my daughters underwear drawer when they were moving my stuff.

      Complete scam. I guess it's my fault for thinking a legit company would take such a large deposit, multiple pieces of furniture were damaged but the worst part was how unapologetic and disinterested the owner was after I found family heirlooms that were destroyed by their negligence. I would take them to court but just like the first appointment I booked, I doubt they'd show up!!!! Waste of time.

      •••• DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ••••. L******* stole $750 cash, from my purse. The movers told me they were hired that morning off Craig’s List. L******* demanded the payment in full before the truck was full. He was 2 hours late getting to my home. The movers scooted the big furniture across hardwood floors leaving huge scratches in the floors. The furniture was ALL broken. Less than 3 months old. L******* was nowhere to be found and the 2 guys that were there did not get paid.

      Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very rude and the craziest part is I over heard one guy talking about our national anthem in a very bad way. Crazy men died for that flag and for him to say such a thing took me by surprise. I think I heard Lovelace or something but I’ll be calling his boss for sure.

      The business owner is the most disrespectful, out of line individual that pushes his ideology on other people when it isn't wanted. This was the worst experience to date with a moving company. Do not use this business.

      Ill begin by I know *************************** personally. I had faith he would provide a great service. I wanted to support him because he is a black owned business. I see now he doesnt have the qualities to be a successful business. Zero ownership of issues, lacks maturity, professionalism, knowledge, leadership and compassion to be responsible for such a task as helping families. Initially. I advised ************ wasnt going to post anything online but that I did want him to be aware. ***** replied that he wasnt going to read all that and then offered a sincere apology. There was ZERO communication when 2 issues came up. And when I sent my feedback to ***** he FLAT OUT refused to read the feedback YET offered a SINCERE APOLOGY - stating his BEST CREW did their best. 1. My daughters bed needed to be taken apart - his guys didnt have any tools. I had to **** down tools as mine were packed. 2. Issues getting my couch into my new residence. The issue is ***** accepted ZERO OWNERSHIP- all ***** did was schedule movers to show up and collect money. At the end of my move I had to CALL ***** because he wasnt responding to my texts for over an hour that there were issues. He then sent me 2 numbers of guys for me to call to arrange extra help. He got his $450 and he no longer cared about the remainder of my move. In the end I ended up calling 1 of the guys and had to pay an additional $100. Had ***** been responsive as a responsible business owner we couldve arranged the extra guy and saved myself the stress and $50. From 5pm 7pm I was scrambling - still needing to return the Uhaul, was posting my couch to sell in case we couldnt get it up. In the end 2 men and 2 women did it. ***** has now blocked me from sending him any texts. You reap what you sow.
