This agency has been in the Kansas city area since 1974 and provide the ONLY public transit inside KANSAS CITY, MO. They monopolized the public transit service for the entire city then ration out its services to only those who they choose. They lie and call themselves an agency which is a slap in the face considering they take public funding from our TAXES. How is it legal to pay for a city to use our tax dollars to pay for a service that everyone who pays the tax isn't able to use? This is a corporation that epitomizes price gouging, monopolizing the competition and defeating the entire point of the service. Get this greedy, lying, age discriminating, unprofessional, money laundering company and their fraud taxi service out of Kansas City They are the worst representation of a business and of Kansas City. They steal the title of an Authority and therefore no other options exist. This is absolutely TAX THEFT

This morning I had transportation arranged with the RIDE SHARE KC. The driver pulled up. I did not receive any texts or phone calls before or at arrival. The driver pulled up with no lights on when there was no sunlight, no headlights on either and no hazards were being used while on the side of the road, and he exited the vehicle on the drivers side when he pulled up and used no hazards, no lights and exited the vehicle without traffic. I live in a group home setting and have neck and hip injuries and a permanent shoulder injury. I have used Ride Share Freedom K.C and have witnessed my neighbor Charlsetta have nothing but problems the drivers 98 percent of the time show up too early, too late, or do not call. They don't verify identity by asking for state identification or a ride share kc freedom card. It seems like the driver was still intoxicated 9r stoned on Marijuana from the night before or as early as this morning. Because, upon the drivers arrival at approximately six thirty Tuesday August 13th. I literally yelled down to the driver and said please wait I am coming down the stairs now. So he looked up at me physically saw and heard me but he pulled off. I believe that this is a systematic way of being racist and wrongfully profiling me based upon my Hispanic or Latino last name. And he saw my bright blonde hair and well dressed clothes and was trying to find ways to exclude or disqualify me from services. It was also brought to my attention that a data breach has occurred and customers consumers private information has been compromised and it's clear that the company systematically disqualifies people so that they can't get the services they need. I am on social security disability for physical and mental health issues and I am working for The Internal Revenue Service as a part time special employment services for disabled people and I live in a group home in a dangerous area. I am trying to get t9 work with the services I qualify for

I was accosted by a man who aggressively clamped both of his hands on my wrist as he attempted to forcefully take my iPhone from my hand. I gripped my phone tightly, rose to my feet and started yelling as loud as I could, Give me my phone! The assailant released my hand and alleged I used a racial slur as his reasoning for attacking me; a total falsehood. We did not address each other on the entire ride for apx 30 minutes. He started the communication. By asking me if I knew a bus schedule. The bus took off and the 24 inbound route ended at East Village. I reported to the bus driver and the on-site KCATA Supervisor. In my opinion, the driver and the supervisor did not do enough.Riders beware. I can still feel pain in my wrist this morning (12 hours later) and I clearly have heightened anxiety about getting onto another bus. Obviously, cameras and microphones are not deterring the criminal element from targeting the public and KCATA apparently will only use the surveillance of the the driver is a victim. Bud riding in *********** is DANGEROUS! Talk to NO ONE. Keep ALL VALUABLES out of sight. Each bus should have a live armed security officer
