    This hotel advertises they have an indoor pool. When my family and I arrived for our reservation on July 6, 2024, the desk clerk cheerfully informed us "Oh the pool hasn't worked in years." When traveling with family, I do not book with hotels that don't have pools, and would have never booked here. Her idea of a solution was that we could use the pool of a sister hotel about a block away down a busy main thoroughfare/highway. We were supposed to walk, dripping wet, in flip-flops or barefoot down a busy highway. This is consumer fraud, pure and simple. My complaint to Wyndham corporate has gone unanswered. As of today, they are still advertising they have a pool. Obviously, I haven't been there since July 6, so I can't say if they fixed it, but I highly doubt it.

    Good moring i would like to start wirth  this guest booked with ******* and our pool has said close in hotel details for 2 years now we update it every 6 months and they were told aging when they checked in that our pool was closed and if they would like to cancel they could then with no fee but they still checked in to room. if you go on ******* and see hotel details you will see that we put our pool is closed every 6 months.and our wyndham site has its closed to and the other booking site as really. So i dont really feel like i should give a refund
