      Traveled on the Mystery Tour Spring 2023. The tour guide interrupted passenger questions, expelled representatives from the tour stops abruptly and repeatedly, and cancelled scheduled activities I had paid for. He also spoiled the mystery by revealing the itinerary on a regular basis. When I contacted the company during and after the tour, I was told to simply, put it in your evaluation. They have lost my trust. Travel is difficult and a tour companys responsibility is to try to iron out the difficulties, not create them.

      Have traveled with Sunrise Tours in September. That was fine. Booked Spring Training Tour March 15 to 19th. Purchased insurance. Became sick March 1 but did not cancel until March 13 hoping to go. The insurance will not pay for the cancellation because I did not cancel within a certain time frame. My doctor would not let me travel due to severe dizziness and blood pressure problems.
