    GOOD LUCK TRYING TO REACH ANYONE EVER AT THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T EVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. I EVEN SENT AN EMAIL...LIKE YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY BE BUSY EVERYTIME SOMEONE CALLS YOU. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING. IF I RAN MY BUSINESS LIKE THIS, I'D BE OUT OF A JOB VERY QUICKLY.

    Good morning,according to the notes on the account we returned your call twice on 6/16 and left you two messages. We also ***lied to your email. I show you wanted to cancel your account with *** due to your loan being traded in and the customer service *** you spoke with was able to get that set up for you. We understand your frustration not being able to get through right away, however, we have a very high volume of callers and are on the phones constantly making it difficult to answer every live call. We always return messages quickly and efficiently so we can help our customers which was done with your call. If you need anything further regrading your account please contact us directly and we can further assist.

    Do not use this company. They use the regular mail to send your payments because theyre too cheap to *****************. Your payments will be late to your lender even though theyve already taken your money. This has happened twice in the last 3 months and because they dont *****************, there isnt any way to track where the letter is. Now it looks like I dont make my car payments on time because of their ineptitude. And you can tell from their snarky responses to customer complaints that they lack professionalism to be handling your money.

    We send a majority of our lender payments priority, overnight, or EFT. However, there are a small amount of payments being sent regular first class mail. We do monitor to see if there is a history of the lender applying payments slowly and make adjustments to speed up delivery if warranted. We send payments a week prior to the due date, typically resulting in on time payments. I do see on your account that this happened in October as well so we will issue a new payment out for you priority and will put this lender on the priority list for the future payments. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the **** delivery but we will do all we can to ensure the payments are posted on time in the future. We will reach out to you directly to provide the tracking number for the new payment today.

    Horrible company, took payments from April of 2022 to December 2022 with no is***s. My husband got paid 3 times in December resulting in 3 half payments being debited from the account. *** calls and says they have not received any money and we are on the repo list. 3 payments in December and WE are behind?????????? Today *** called like they do everyday to harras us for a payment that was made TODAY. So now no one knows where our money is but this company that doesn't answer their calls. Never deal with them, they'll take your money and your car will be repoed Where the h*** is my money???????????????? I'm gonna call **************** ********************* to gain insight to *** for monies owed.

    Equity 4U should never be used. they took our money, wasn't even the entire amount due for the payment as well as they didn't apply the money to the actual payment which sent us to collections on our very first mortgage payment.we did cancel services immediately with Equity 4U and they are refunding the money had had recently taken from the bank, but it doesn't fix the late payment nor the time lost on my end getting it fixed. had I not been watching the system like a hawk i would have also been hit on my ************* learned, do not use a 3rd party to make payments. their policy shows they are not responsible for the issues.also according to the mortgage companies they do not take partial payments anyways, Equity 4U is holding your money until they collect enough to make a payment but there is no guarantee that they are doing it correct and you wind up paying the price/late fees.

    Good morning, We sent your mortgage payment to the lender on 9/25/23 and the check cleared our bank on 9/27/23 which means the lender did, in fact, receive and process the payment prior to the due date which we received as the 1st of every month. Had we known that the lender was stating your payment was late we certainly would have offered to send them proof of payment and asked them to correct their mistake. We don't show any record of a late payment being mentioned during the call that took place. Our policy is always to help the customer and if their was an error on our end we would have addressed it. Even though there was no error on our end you are still welcome to call customer service at ************* and request a copy of the cleared check to send to the lender so they can correct their error and waive your incorrectly assessed late fees.

    Equity 4 U researched this issue and found that the payments had in fact been made on time but the lender misapplied the payment. This issue was easily taken care of on 7/17/23 when Equity 4 U sent proof of payment to the lender and requested the funds were correctly appropriated to the customer's account. There were no late or missed payments.

    This company is a scam!! When I bought my vehicle I never agreed or signed any paperwork to using this company as a 3rd party or their ridiculous fees! I guess technically shame on me for not looking into them sooner when they started taking my money. After digging in, they charge $2.49 per withdrawl! Aaaand they have an apparent $400 one time charge per loan. How do you they get that you ask? They keep the extra bimonthly payments and don't submit it your bank to be applied to your loan. They have done this with 3 of mine so far for $366.42. I have $117 so far in those ridiculous $2.49 fees. The fight has just started because they have taken money I never agreed to and kept payments that should have went towards my loan.

    We apologize that you were not satisfied with our service. We would strongly suggest that you refer to your copy of the contract that you signed at the dealership. We show that not only did you sign the contract you initialed by the Enrollment fee and the *** fee. If you cannot locate your copy please feel free to reach out to our customer service department at ************* and we can certainly send you a copy. There were no principal reduction payments made to the lender on your behalf as the enrollment fee had not yet been satisfied.

    I was reprimanded for calling twice regarding paying off my vehicle. I was asking something they were unable to answer, so I contacted the bank the loan is thru and called back. The woman proceeded to raise her voice at me because she told me already when payments were coming out. I said maam, this is about overpaying and needing to know how and when to get my extra $220 I paid back. She interrupted me 3x, never answering my question. Therefore $220 of my money is somewhere unknown, with your company thinking I dont have the right to know. Absolutely sloppy company.

    ******************, Per our conversation yesterday, I have stopped the payment that was issued to the lender for the January 2023 payment and we are refunding these funds back into your bank account on Friday 1/13/23. As discussed we will process the refund and you will handle the payoff of your vehicle with the lender directly and at the same time request title or lien release. I do sincerely, apologize if you received less than satisfactory customer service from **********************. This incident will be addressed and documented.

    My payments were taken out weekly to make my car payments. They decided to cancel me without notice when I calling them they said that's I missed 2 payments. They tried to say they called me and left a message. There was no voice mail on my phone from them. I have them taking payments out of my bank account. I will never use this company and I will let everyone know to never use this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would give 0 stars

    ****************, Yes, your account with our company was canceled due to excessive amounts of failed debits. We show that 3 of your last 6 debits failed in a 35 day time frame. Every time your debits failed you received an automated email from us and the next day a phone call where a message was left except for the one time we spoke with you on the phone and you stated you would call us back as you were at work. We did not receive a call back. Please understand much like you, every time a debit fails we incur fees as well. It is our general policy that if 2 debits fail in a 45 day period we cancel the account. We did try to be generous and allow the account to remain in an active status after the second debit failed. However, after the third debit failed in that time frame the account had to be canceled on our end, so that both you and our company would not continue to incur failed debit fees.
