    It is getting out of control with late payments and lack of responses on their end. I get a voicemail every time I call and cannot register online to figure out what is going on. Been waiting 2 hours for a call back. No wonder they are so busy as they cannot do their only job of making my payments on time, but are sure to take my money on time. DO NOT use this service.

    Mr. ******** apologize for the delayed response. After reviewing your account we show that we were missing some critical information regarding your account, the loan account number, this is information we must receive from the customer after the date of purchase. We show that we contacted you four times notifying you that we would need that loan account number or it could cause delays with the posting of your payments. We do show that we did speak with you on September 7th, and during that call updated your loan account number. Fortunately, that payment did clear our bank two days after getting that loan account number.As for the delayed returned call. We do not have a hold option as some of our customer calls can be rather in depth and take longer than usual. If all of our representatives are on the phone with customers the phone system rolls to a voicemail. We do return calls as quickly as possible but there are times where the call volumes are large and unfortunately it can take longer than usual to return those messages.

    They literally have one job and cant do it right. Everything set up on automatic payments and somehow payments are missed or are late. If the dealership is setting it up for you go somewhere else or get an actual loan. When you get a loan the lender should pay for the product out right. You shouldnt have to babysit to make sure the payments each month are going through. To have 5 months of it working to it fall apart after that is a complete joke. They take no responsibility in their own **** ****

    I have been paying on my car for 4 years and never knew I was paying through this company. The dealership set it up, which we are finding out was a sketchy dealership at best, and when I paid off my car they kept taking out payments. They ******** my bank account twice before I was able to figure out who was even taking the money. I contacted them and they said they consistently tried to email me but it never went through and when she read me the email it wasn't correct. Why they NEVER tried to reach me through mail or any other means, I have no idea. I wish I had known years ago because I could have set up payment through the bank I was buying the car through! I am getting refunded the money but it could take up to 6 weeks to get it back. This has been an awful experience all around! In the future I will make sure that I set up payments through the bank that I am buying the car!!!

    We apologize the dealership did not clearly explain how to properly contact us regarding your account and how to stop the automatic deductions. We do show where your account was cancelled and all funds from the over payment were refunded back to you on 8/22/22.
