      They removed a huge tree for me and then topped off another tree in my front yard. They left big roots in my neighbor&#**;s yard and it had rained the night before and on the side of my yard and my back yard is a mess. They removed some of it but didn&#**;t do a good job as far as cleaning up goes. I have called them numerous times with no response. ***** *******, the owner, said he will come to see but he never showed up. I want them to fix these roots and fix the mess that they made in my yard.

      ***** came out on May 24, 2024 and gave a bid to remove a tree and a *****. He advised that they would be out on May 28, 2024 to complete the job. His crew showed up a day early, on May 27, 2024. They advised me at the time that they did not have the equipment with them to complete the ***** removal and would come back later in the week to grind the *****. On this day, they removed the tree and cleaned after the job. I have outreached to ***** no less than 6 times since this date to try to determine when they would be back out for the ***** removal. I am assuming since he was already paid in full, this is the reason he has ghosted me and has decided not to complete this job. I would like a refund on the portion of the job that was allocated for ***** removal so I can pay a reputable company to complete the job.

      On March 23, 2023, I put down $2,600 to have a tree cut down. ***** said he would be there the following week to cut it down. Seven months later and no work has been done. I have called many times and left messages but no return calls. I have been sending texts since *** and he is replying that he will come in within 2 weeks. ****** times I have asked for a refund because I had another company that was going to take it down but, I needed the money I paid him in March to pay the other company. On Aug 21st ***** said he would come in 2 weeks or give me a refund. Over the past 7 months the tree has become increasingly more dangerous. The tree is leaning closer to my house and electric lines plus 2 limbs have fallen. Today, October 26th, I sent pictures to ***** at ***** **** Service to show him how dangerous the tree is. He sent someone over and to tell me it would now cost $10,000 because it has become more dangerous. I should not have to pay for something he should have done over 7 months ago.

      A man from ***** came out to give an estimate for tree trimming on August 29,2022 at our home of 787 *********************. Our estimate included taking soft maple to bottom fork. Prune Birch on Left Side. Prune white oak by pool down and trim mimosa tree also. There were only two ********** the day of 10/27/2022 due to workmen worried about giant ruts in yard from heavy equipment (bucket) . We were told they would come back and finish job but every time they were supposed to they never came or called back first we were promised 2 weeks when rain was gone and yard dry. No Show. On 2/6/2023 talked to ***** and he said he would shoot for Sat and no show again no phone Their estimate for all this was ****. They received **************************************************************************************** response and money gone.

      On March 20, 2022, I was asked by my neighbor and an employee I have a complaint against (R & B Tree Service and Lawn Care) if they could use my gate to enter onto my property to remove my neighbors tree. I agreed and asked what it would cost to have my tree pruned. I signed a contract for $600.00. The crew came out with in the next week and began cutting down the neighbors tree. That day they said they had to leave because their lift had broken. They did not take out the limbs when they left. The limbs to her tree laid in my yard for two months. The company was called several times with out responding during those months. Finally returned the second week in May to say they apologize for the mess and promised to take care of it right away. Previous employee was no longer working for them. The came back on May 13, 2022 to finally begin finishing the tree removal and to trim my tree. Because my job is further away, I left my check with the neighbor. She paid them ahead of time with my check she held. She felt the company were true to their word. The left large ruts in my yard along with dead grass, in addition to not trimming my tree. The owner of the company has been emailed a letter of complaint, mailed a paper letter and called on several occasions. My yard is still a mess and my tree has never been touched. In an attempt to fix the yard R&B laid seed and hay, in June. They left the ruts as is, and left instructions for me to water my seed every day. I feel that laying grass seed in June is a very poor time to expect the seed to take. In addition to the ruts, dead grass and unfinished tree prune; they guys allowed limbs to fall onto my viburnum trees and broke a few branches, and I had to clean up their mess they left behind as well.
      I would leave this matter behind if they would return the $600.00 I paid them to have my yard restored to it's original state.
