      ******* estimate my tree for $2000 I said to him I will talk to my husband then he said I will give you discount so its $1800. Next day I texted him that my husband hired somebody to do the job. He texted me back he will give me another discount so its $1500. I spoke to my husband he said no coz he got somebody already. ******* said he will do it for $1200 I said to him sorry next time. He said I will give it to you for $1000 and next time I will charge you $1800. We got suspicious that this company is not legit. How can you estimate for $2000 then went down to $1000. Its a good discount but I dont think they will do good job. Are they desperate ? Be careful for scammers like them

      Hired ***** **** Service to remove and trim some trees on July 7, 2022. They were hired through ******* ****. When the work was performed and completed our credit card was charged $1,798.20 and they said they would provide a copy of the paid receipt. We have never received a copy of the paid receipt. Then on Sept. 9,2022 a second charge appeared on our credit card for $511.79. We don't know what this charge was for. All we are asking is for them to provide a copy of the $1,798.20 paid receipt that shows the work performed and an explanation of the charge for $511.79 that they charged 2 months after the work was performed. We have called all of their phone numbers and left many messages requesting this information. No one ever answers the phone or calls us back. We have provided our phone numbers to them. The work was performed at *************** in ********, **. HELP
