5 starsI am a picky customer who asks a lot of questions and tracks the details, and I recommend Exterior Plus. Exterior Plus replaced our roof, soffits, and fascia, and added gutters. I struggled to find someone willing to replace the soffits and fascia and received pricey estimates for plywood and OSB. Exterior Plus suggested ****** board, which felt like a much better option. Their gutter estimate was very reasonable. To have all of the work done by the same company was ideal, especially as everyone was friendly, patient, and more than responsive to my questions and concerns.Review fromBrian G

5 starsI spoke with ****** at Exterior Plus. He was very friendly and informative. He taught me about different roof materials and colors. The company as a whole was so easy to work with and they did an excellent job. They were patient with me and the insurance company and completed the work before they even had the check in hand. 5 starsOutstanding customer service and products! We had a total roof replacement and highly recommend this great company! They kept us informed of when the product would be delivered and installed. The installation was very well done and they did a super job of clean-up. Their sales associate, *****, kept us up-to-date on each step of the work and answered each of our questions directly and honestly. Their cost was in-line with the other roofing companies and projects being done in our area. 5 starsOur experience with Exteriors Plus has been exemplary. The roofing team worked very hard to complete the replacement of our underlayment in just a few days. They put in full days and cleaned up at the end of every day. All the workers on Marios team were very polite. ***** made sure every detail was examined and met his and our satisfaction. Exterior plus. Where should I start? I had already had a very bad experience with my insurance company, which havent let up as of the day I write this. I suppose I cant name names, but, youre in good hands, which Ive now come to coin the bad touch. After the initial storm damage was never dealt with, subsequently incorrectly labeled by insurance, my home sustained additional monsoon wind/driving rain/hail storm damage the next year. Even worse. By worse I mean, raining into my home through the ceiling. In three rooms, instead of two. I called exterior plus, and I have to say, if your looking for a through thick and thin kind of contractor, this is the one. Not only have they stuck by, and fought with my insurance adjuster, who is a total jerk, and his manger who is also a total jerk, and putting up with my frustration, they are going above and beyond to even repair a portion of my roof that the insurance wouldnt, just because, they are not going to leave me and my family hanging, and they can see through the ripoff games of insurance that not only impact consumers, but also small businesses. My insurance left me hanging, exterior plus didnt. They did a beautiful job repairing my roof, and my interior drywall for the pithy amount insurance paid out, because they care about doing a good job, despite bad choices in insurance. At this point, I could BBQ with these folks. They are real, personable. I truly appreciate what they have done, and sticking with me through this claim for the months and months, and months.on end. In total its been 2.5 years now since the initial damage occurred. Its uplifting to know there are still companies out there who care about doing the right thing, especially when a vast majority dont. 5 stars for exterior plus, and all the great people with the company who have helped and been available during this totally miserable experience. Excellent work, excellent customer representation. Thanks guys! Sincerely.

We recently had our entire roof replaced on our home by Exterior Plus. Going "above and beyond" does not do this Contractor justice. They came right in from the beginning and completely explained the entire process from start to finish, asked if we had any questions at all about anything. The work was done in a timely manner just as they predicted from the start. We had a few challenges with our insurance company but Exterior Plus was right there making sure we understood what was happening and how to resolve. I can not say enough about Exterior Plus.
