My insurance company was being difficult, but they fought for me until the insurance approved to cover a full replacement. Once my insurance approved it, the job was done within that week. Exterior Plus fought hard for months with my insurance to get me a full roof replacement. They didnt give up and made sure the entire roof would be replaced instead of just a few shingles replaced per the insurances original estimate. Once we got the approval the roof was replaced quickly after. The team was hardworking, polite and stayed in contact during the whole process.
