      I have been trying since March to have an empty tank removed from my property. It is sitting in my front yard and has killed my grass it is also on the property line of my neighbor and they are complaining. I have called numerous times and I keep getting another time frame and an excuse that they are busy. I have also sent an email threatening that if the tank is not picked up in 30 days I'm going to have it removed but I still have not gotten any response. This is pitiful customer service.

      The customer’s concerns relate to an untimely tank pick-up.

      Our records indicate that the customer ordered a tank pick-up in March 2022. The pick-up
      was completed on August 29, 2022.

      We regret that the customer was dissatisfied with the communication with Ferrellgas.
      Ferrellgas strives to provide excellent service to every customer, and we regret that they
      did not feel they received that level of service. ******** concerns have been relayed to the
      relevant field personnel and our tank pick-up fee was not charged.

      Thank you for bringing the customer’s concerns to our attention. We wish them well in the

      Requested tank fill on 1/31/22 when tank was at the level they requested it be before calling. It took until 2/17/22 and multiple phone calls and many broken promises before they arrived to assist us. Our tank was almost completely out, and it was in the middle of winter. And, we were a Keep Full customer. They should have been out months before this to check our tank. After such poor customer service I informed them in writing on 3/24/22 that we no longer wished to be their customer and have obtained service from another provider and asked them to pick up their tank. I again sent them written communication of this fact on 6/12/22. The tank still sits in our yard today and they keep sending me bills for tank rental. We do not owe them for tank rental. And I would like for them to quit contacting me about this and to pick up their tank.

      While grilling my **** ***** tank caught fire because of a faulty tank. My grill was completely destroyed and it was only a year old. The fire department came and investigated and they said it was a faulty tank that started the fire and it was the 2nd one that week. The tank was new so it was full and the fire department said I was lucky it didn't tip over because had it my house would be gone. Since the fire at my house there has been another, making a total of 3 I know of. I called **** ***** and they will not give the fill value of the grill lost. Also, they told me I needed to go back to the store with the burnt tank to get a new one and write return on the tank. I did this and the store said they can't take it back or give me a replacement. I am also concerned because they wanted me to sign a release.

      I am rejecting this response because:  ******* refused to accept the returned tank.  They said they don't do that.  Also, my grill was one year old and I am being forced to take 20% hit (not including the inflation rate that is crippling me with regard to the economy). So I need to be FULLY reimbursed for the lost of my grill and tank.  The issue was a faulty tank I don't see why I should be out money.  If I am FULLY reimbursed I will sign whatever you want me to sign.

      Over the past 2 years we started to get bills from Ferrellgas for rental charges on a propane tank previously paid in full by my parents over 15 years prior. After we had the tank filled with gas they started billing us a leasing fee. Several times we called and explained the tank was paid for in approx. 2007 and **** ******* had stopped billing my parents. We had not been billed for over 15 years.
      **** ******* was bought by Ferrellgas and once we called to have our tank filled, they just started billing us. We have asked for a copy of any documentation to show we owe them anything, but they have only said we should provide proof that we don't owe them anything.

      For the past 3 years, we have been trying to get the white ** gas tank painted. There are many rust spots on the tank. We have continually called and all we are told is that they would pass it off to the painters and they will contact us when they are in the area. Even the top covering the gauge is chipped yellow and blue paint.
