    I first called to see if the units were in stock It was promised by Mother's Day and then ordered by internet they charged my credit card the next day 2 Weeks later I have not received them I called the phone today and they said the units are coming in in 2 Weeks and then we'll ship ***** and arrive Within 1 week like tomatoes should have been in the ground 2 Weeks ago After reading all these negative responses I think I might just cancel The Order and order It from Amazon from my competitor we'll see what happens.

    I ordered and received 5 boxes and the fertilizer and the grow stakes. One box arrived cracked and there was no response to replace it. I did plant the tomatoes in the other 4. They grew but were black on the undersides of all. Now Im trying to dump these boxes via *********** BAd business.

    My 97 yr old father purchased this growbox by Cc via the phone. We tried to help him set it up...they said it was easy for Seniors. Not really!The item is fully guaranteed and said nothing in its advertising that he needed to send thus back to receive a full refund. I contacted the company in August and a supervisor said they would make the exception and refund him fully since he has no way to ship it back. Since August 2023 I have been calling and emailing this company. I have spoken to *****,*** and ******* as well as *******..a supervisor who said he would call me back within an hour. Ridiculous as he is a supervisor. Of course no one has called me back. They claimed they called me once last Tuesday. I have spent so much time on this. They should give me double the amount back.Today I was told a call back will come. We will see. I just want the ***** back to my Dad as promised. I asked for the President name and they couldn't tell me.***************************** for ***************************** ************
