    In November 2022, our furnace quit working. A few calls were made to local contractors and West Heating and Cooling was the only one to return our call. ******************* came to the house, diagnosed the problem and said he would have to order a part and come back the next day to fix it. At that time, I asked if they offered a service plan where our system would be checked in the fall and spring. He said they did. The next day, I received a call from his brother who said he would be by in the evening. He called and immediately started cussing because he couldn't read his GPS and figure out how to get to our house. I stayed on the phone with him until he arrived at the house. He fixed the furnace and before paying, I inquired again about the service plan. I was told it was $500 for the year. I wrote a check for the service call and the service plan and was told that someone would come back in later in the week to check things over for the first plan visit. No one ever came and ***** stopped answering his phone. In May of 2023, we had a problem with our air conditioning unit, and I tried calling ******************* for service and actually reached him. I set up an appointment for someone to come out and repair the problem and everything went well. I received a bill for $250 but was told because I had already paid for the service contract that hadn't been honored, they would waive the charges and send a refund for the remaining $250. I have called ******************* and the company multiple times over the last year to check on the status of the refund and have been told multiple times that the check is in the mail. ******************* has blocked my cell phone number now so I am unable to reach him unless I call him from a different number. I would just like a refund for $250 and for this to not happen to anyone else.

    ******************* was paid to install a heater in my garage. Provided faulty equipment and did not finish job. Look him up on MO Casenet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him.

    Where do I start?! I would never refer my worst enemy to use this company services! We paid you $16,000 for new construction HVAC system in 9/2022, and not only did they have to come back out in June to give us air conditioning, but they recently sent a tech out last week so I could have heat finally. That tech couldnt figure out our Nest thermostat, so he left saying hed return later but never did! Very cold temps are upon us, but no one at this company could give a s*** less! All phone numbers for this company are automatically forwarded to voicemail. They have ghosted our calls from day one! I wish we had read the many poor online reviews from other customers who they have also swindled, because I would never have given them the time of day! We had to have another company come out over the weekend to right their wrongs, and I finally have electric heat. I paid for a unit with a heat pump, but because their company was in adequate in doing the correct install, the company that I have hired now will be back out this week to do all needed repairs that shouldve been done right from the get go! I have submitted a complaint with the ******** ************************* and I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have also contacted a private attorney. I hope others read the online reviews that are out there for all to see to ensure they are not swindled also!

    We called him over a month ago because our heat wasn't working. He sold us a used unit for $3000. Said we should be "toasty warm now." But we had back up heat and needed a new thermostat to use it. And that he would bring one by the next day. Never showed. No biggie. Bought one ourselves and installed it. Heat wasn't working so we called him again. He said he would be out the next day at 9am. Didn't show. Called at 11. He was irritated and said he would be out shortly. He showed up and said it was a wire that was bad and charged us $80 and said it was fixed. Well... Still not working so we called someone from Springfield. Turns out he NEVER hooked up the unit he sold us or put freon in it. The heat we did have was coming from the back up heat which was running constantly. Called him again yesterday. He said he knew about it?!?!!! and would come out and finish the job today. I have called 5 times today and my husband has called but he won't answer the phone.
