If I could I would not rate this company. The quality of the work is very bad. They were to install a new furnace and duck work $15k plus. They took weeks and would spend a day and say we have an emergency and had to call to get them to see when they would be finishing the job. Weeks after the job we found One of the runs was not even hooked into the central line. Beware they tape everything and we asked why and answer- that is how we do it. We also found the inside and outside ***** were not the same and the ac ran all day and never got below 75. How did we find them? **** list and due to number of complaints they are finally not listed any more. Not sure if I will use **** again. I checked the bbb site yet I made a mistake and clicked on the wrong company and boy did we get taken. So embarrassed that this happened to us.

We recently moved into a house that West had serviced and brought up to date. Last summer the unit failed to keep our house at 74, it ran all day. I just had a reputable contractor come out who told me everything is used. The exterior unit is a 3 ton unit, the interior A coil is 2.5 tons. I am not an HV** contractor and even I know the units should be the same tonnage for the system to work right. Right after we moved in the ** was not working at all and he came out to clean the A coil and was extremely arrogant. He delayed coming to our house for a few days because he thought we were the seller who, in his account, still owed him $750. We paid a premium price for this house with the understanding the HV** unit had been brought up to date. The A coil is designed to run on R22 refrigerant, which is not in use anymore. Basically we are going to have to pay out of our pocket to fix this contractors apathy, arrogance, and incompetence.
