      Our initial experience with Signature Kitchen and Bath was positive, particularly during the design and build-out phases of our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, after project completion (June 2023), a leak developed in the shower (April 2024) due to poor workmanship, causing extensive water damage to the carpet in an adjacent area of our home. While Signature did address and repair the leak itself, they declined to compensate us for the resulting damage, leaving us with nearly $3,000 in repair costs. Given their refusal to reimburse these expenses caused by their error, we regretfully cannot recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath as a company that stands by their work fairly.

      It was determined the shower leak was caused by a product issue regarding the tile ****** for the shower base. Due to the issue with the product, we replaced (and upgraded) the shower at no charge. Any additional costs were incurred by third parties not affiliated with Signature Kitchen & Bath and would not have existed had Signature been contacted initially for these repairs. Had we been given the opportunity to address those initial repairs in house, there would not have been any additional charges to the customer at all and if there were, we would have covered.

      I contracted with Signature Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen in July 2023. They measured and ordered materials, and I ordered some materials. They promised to start the work in May 2024. It is now August 2024 and they have not even given me a start date. Meanwhile, I have paid them $21472.52 for nothing.

      10/18/23 contract signed (with designer note that a 6 month lead time was quoted). A specific installer was requested.
      3/11/2024 ****** from our installation ***** reached out indicating that our lead time for starting installs had changed to 8-9 months
      7/9/2024 *** from our installation ***** reached out checking in again to see if you wanted to switch from your preferred installer to get your project started sooner as your preferred installer kept pushing back the timeline of when he could start. You indicated that you did not want to switch, but wanted a refund. However, your materials had already arrived and could not be returned.
      8/8/2024 ******* our sales manager reached out reminding you that we could start if you were comfortable switching installers. You indicated that you would like to as long as they were seasoned.
      8/21/2024 Your project started and we assigned you one of our most seasoned installers,******.

      We do apologize that your project didnt start in the amount of time that you were originally quoted as we were trying to follow your initial request of waiting for your preferred installer. In the remodeling industry there are so many moving parts and unknown factors, that any time frames given are estimated and we cannot promise a start or end date. We can assure you that you are in good hands with ******. I have discussed your project with everyone involved and believe that communication with updates took place along the way and that we have reached an adequate resolution.
