      We are about a year and 9 months into our kitchen remodel since writing our first check to this company. Communication has been horrible every single step of the way, and for the last year, installers have been (after cancelling last minute a dozen times) coming back every month or two to fix the mistakes they made. Unfortunately, they don't end up fixing those mistakes, so they've been coming back to fix the same thing over and over. Communication continues to be horrible from everyone involved. We receive zero updates without prompting them first, and despite asking for an apology for all of the hassle, haven't received one. I do not have any faith that they will be able to finish this project properly and have already resigned myself to the fact that after paying them tens of thousands of dollars to do the work, I'll be paying someone else to re-do it in a few years. Avoid them at all cost. They're the most feckless and unprofessional company I have ever done business with.

      I am becoming discouraged with Signature. Thought they were good, but now wondering if Im getting scammed or something. They did a good job on my bathroom in 2021, but not sure I should have chosen them this time around.

      I am most unhappy with the level of service we have received. We have only a small job-maximum 10 days. The job has been stretched out to 6 weeks now with no end in sight. The communication with SK&B could not be worse. I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.
