    12/26/24 in the amount of ******* for rv rental. rv was returned with no heat after his rv tech spent all day trying to resolve it but was unable too. **** refused to refund the money and lied to the credit card company stating we broke it when we had not. even if we had it would have been impossible for the propane to run out in the time we had it. I have facts including pictures time stamps on conversation and everything to go along with this.

    This renter was refused a refund because the propane valve was broke off during the time they had the *** This ** was filled with propane when they received it for their trip. This ** was inspected several times from the time it was brought back from the previous rental and again before this specific rental. The propane valve was NOT broke when returned from the previous rental and it was NOT broke during the pre trip inspection before the unit went out on this rental. Our ** tech tried to find a new valve while the renters were still in the area and was not able to find one, our tech advised the renter that he had found one along their route and that he was able to get it lined out to have them stop at that facility and have it replaced, and this would only take a few minutes to do. The renters decided to bring the ** back instead of continuing their trip. Once the ** was brought back to our location, it was inspected by another ** tech and notated that propane valve was broke and that the passenger side mirror was busted. The owner of the ** was notified of the situation and the owner said to not refund the renters. All of these rules are clearly stated in OUR SRA " Supplemental rental agreement".

    This complaint will never be resolved because the vender is the one being believed and we are the ones that lost out on money and a vacation.
