    We reserved the ** (The Miss Haven) in November 2024 to be picked up on Dec 26, 2024. I paid the reservation charge on Nov 23, 2024 of $1217.73 and again the charge of $1272.77 on Dec 12, 2024. We picked up the ** on Dec 26 in the morning and brought it home and loaded it with all our items needed for the trip. Then we realized the ** had a problem in that it had no heat. We are expected to travel with 2 small children for 10 days with no heat. Something was wrong with the Propane. The repairman came and tried to fix it and could not find the part to fix it. We waited all day and then decided we could not make the trip we planned. The ** was returned on 12/27/2024. I have pictures to show it was returned and text messages with *** at WildRvVentures about the return. No attempt was made to resolve this or return my deposits. I have contacted the Credit card company who will investigate. I will also contact the Attorney General. I am hoping you will print this and do what you can to help me resolve this. I had to give it a one star because I could not leave it blank but I would have given it a big ZERO

    This business is located in a college town. My brands had problems with his car and had it towed to this place. They ran a ***** ProStart/charging evaluation and did not find anything wrong with stated or alternator. The battery cables were wrong and frayed so he told then to replace them. It was a new battering about a week old. He also had them to change oil while it was there. They did that and he left to come home for Thanksgiving and car would not start in a town about 60 miles from his hometown. We had to get the car towed again. That repair shop took 3 weeks to fix car because he said he was so busy. Meanwhile grandson can't get back to college which is about 200 miles away. He also was not able to show up for work at part-time job to help with college expenses so he lost that job. He finished out the semester online. The 2nd repair shop replaced the starter after 3weeks and he got someone to take him to pickup his car. He stopped at my apartment when he got back in town when he was ready to leave the car would not start. I called the auto repair shop that we have used for years and they towed it in and it was a bad starter the 2nd place had put on. In replacing the starter they discovered a grounding wire was the wrong size that pep it's had replaced and it had been cut too short and taped with electrical tape. Our repair shop made notation on their repair invoice of this and gave me the wrong size grounding wire as evidence. I first called the manager of the ******** in Spring and he denied they had replaced that wire even though it was on invoice work order. He said it was the old original wire but it was clean and shiny with the tape around it. I even sent him photos to his cell phone but he still refused to take any responsibility and was quite rude and condescending on phone and the text messages. I made my 4th call this morning. Each time no one has called me back. They also charged ****** per hour for each of the 3 of cables/wires.Labor was ******
