    I was sold an extended warranty by this company. The warranty wouldn't cover my transmission repairs needed. They shamed me for driving my vehicle to **************** as I didn't know what was going on. I was hung up on, talked down to and told that the "Director" didn't have time to take my call. I have been promised that a refund of my plan was on it's way in 2 weeks, then told 10 and now told 3 more, but that I am not getting back what was originally stated to me. This has been going on for 12 weeks now. I would avoid buying an extended warranty from here.

    **************** could be way better! I tried to cancel my service due to a recent personal financial downfall in my life - and ******* (***) who tried to help me on the phone kept selling me on the idea that i still needing the coverage even after i told him that I'm already on the verge of turning my car back to the dealer. After a lot of pleading and yelling (on my part), he finally complied and informed me that my policy has been terminated. What should've been a 1 minute phone call turned into a 10 minute frustration! Im not sure if all the **************** reps in this company are the same as ***, but he needs retraining on how to deal with customers

    Scammed me!***** at **************** told me that I needed a Warranty on my 2016 *** purchased in 2022 at the Kia ********** purchased in March 2022.He was very insistent that I purchase a Warranty Policy from them.I was to send Auto ProtectUSA a check for&245.00 down and then $188.77 would be deducted from my checking account.I did not send him a check, but $245.00 was deducted from account.He had no right doing this!I called myFinancialI Instutution right away.They advised me to go to the local branch and fill out a Stop Payment Form.This was done onFebruary 16, 2024.I am still getting mail from AutoProtect USA that my car needs this Warranty because my engine will need replacing.I call my Kia **********.Awaiting a call back from them.This is a Company Scam.****** Tag

    Ask to cancel my policy, got noting but an argument. Want my refund for down payment but still an argument from this company. Would not recommend. Checked my bank statement and refund had not been applied. Going to put a stop recurring payment from my checking account.
