      AEGIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY, they don't do business well. I purchased a warranty from this company in march 2025 and they have denied coverage to me every claim. I HAVE FILED 3 CLAIMS AND THEY FIND AWAY TO ALWAYS SAY NO. THEY ARE A **************** I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME ****** WAS THE HIGHEST MANGER .. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM LIKE I WAS.. I HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THIS COMPANY.. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A FRIDEGERATOR FOR 14 DAYS... THIS IS AN EMERGENCY... BUT THE CONTRACT SAYS THEY CHOOSE WHEN A SITUATION BECOMES AN EMERGENCY...

Your claim (#****) was fully authorized for $521.02 on July 3, and our service partner, Appliance Repair Professionals, immediately ordered the necessary part (35 business days lead time).Our records show multiple attempts to schedule and complete your repair appointment between June 27 and July 8, including:Voicemail and live calls from our team advising you to reschedule when no one answered at the agreed time A site visit on July 1, where the technician waited but was unable to complete the diagnosis Follow-up outreach on July 78 to offer either an on-site repair or a direct check to cover the authorized amount We understand how urgent this is and want to get your refrigerator up and running as soon as possible. Please contact our claims department at **************, to confirm a new appointment time or to arrange immediate reimbursement so you can schedule service at your convenience.Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this, and again, I apologize for the delay.       I just wanna take the time out to shout out one of your employers *******, She was so helpful and every kind when helping me file my claim.       Aegis home warranty. I signed up for the home warranty in May & canceled in Aug bc the *** was overcharging me. I paid Argis total of $620.01. I received a check back for $258.41. Aegis kept $361.60. I tried calling their business number. Their phone rings on ring & disconnects. I would appreciate any help to get my money back. Is Aegis out of business in MO.

      Amazing to work with for claims. Understanding what the difference between home warranty and home owners insurance is helpful when filing a claim and the customer service reps could use a little more help in that, but all in all, great experience.

      This is the most ridiculous home warranty I have ever seen. If I could use zero stars I would. I have talked to attorneys and insurance agents and no one has ever heard of you not paying for damage due to water. You claimed that there was a flood, and you claim you dont pay for water from a Leak. My policy says you do when I spoke with you which was about 10 or 15 times. You said that my home was insured under a trailer or section 5 housing. I live in a gated community and my house appraises for over *******. My credit has nothing late and no negative points against it which you claimed it did. I will definitely be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and my agents attorney will be in touch to make sure that my services are rendered in a timely and complete manner

      Bottom Line: I want Aegis to return my parents' money and I want Aegis to NEVER contact my parents again.Background. Over the course of many years, Aegis has used telemarking to contact my elderly parents to begin a home warranty plan. I believe the first time was in 2017-2018, the second was this year (2022). During the initial engagement, I contacted Aegis to inform them of my parents' health and asked that they cancel the plan and never contact my parents again, as they did not need their services. I only learned that Aegis and their partner ******* had contacted my parents in 2022 after my folks received a call from a self described Aegis agent (***************) several months ago.I was able to reach PayLink and their representative stopped automatic withdrawals from my folks' account. Reaching ********************** is extremely difficult! Your website doesn't allow for customer engagement, just sales. I've left several voicemails for ***************, which he hasn't returned. When I call Aegis customer service directly, I usually told I've contacted the "sales" department and am sent to another queue, where shortly thereafter I receive a message that you are either closed or have a high call volume so I need to call back later. I finally went to my parents' bank to block any future Aegis withdrawal attempts.STOP TARGETING THE ELDERLY! You are no better than those overseas scammers!I WANT ALL OF MY PARENTS' MONEY BACK. I WANT YOU TO NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN!

      I have been dealing with an issue with them for 6 months. Fault was due to their moving and the ***** I called countless times and never once was treated poorly. Everyone in customer service was attentive and willing to assist. I ended up asking for ***** after serveral calls just to not have to repeat my whole story. She was so kind, respectful and empathetic. If she said she would call me back, she did. I give her nothing but praise for doing an excellent job. Thanks to you all and especially, *****.
