I have had Creative Design and Build work on various projects with my home beginning in 2015. Initially, it was painting my entire interior, led to installing a new kitchen sink and faucet, installing can lights in my family room with a dimmer switch and eventually a new front porch. Everytime I was ready to do a little something as finances would allow, they were there. Good pricing, very professional..even though my projects were small, they made me feel valued.The reason I leave this review, is that I was affected by the severe flooding in St.******* back in late July. I had over two feet of water in my basement. No hot water, no air conditioning, and no washer and dryer. That was just the essentials, I lost far more that cannot be replaced.I knew that Creative did more than the little projects they had done for me in the past I absolutely know now how much more.I called and **** and his team came right out. Not only did they assess the damage for me, they assisted in handling my insurance company, put me in touch with FEMA and made sure my property was secured while I was displaced. I had no idea that a business could put the emotional strain I was under into consideration and also be able to get my home functional again.There is so much more I could say, but the important factor is that my basement is far better than it was before the flood.If you are looking for a company to do their best for your home with the greatest of professionalism, understanding and pricing..Creative Design and Build, will honestly help you Create and Build the home of your dreams.I look forward to my next projects, *******************. They went above and beyond in my time of need, and I cant wait to have a project done that I have anticipated rather than needed.Thank you so much Creative Design and Build for being more than I ever expected, very truly appreciated!!

Save yourself time and heart ache. Do not use this company. Just like other reviews that I now read on them....they are not good with communication.. they always have excuses and blame others. I found out 3 months into project they didn't even have a building permit. .They present well but don't have follow through and their bids don't include everything..Creative Design & Build LLC

Hi ****,You also filed a false report with the state attorney with the same false information you listed above that was investigated and was throne out. There recommendation was for you to follow the contract. The permit was filed with ************************. You have numerous unpaid upgrades quested by you and completed. Creative Design & Build suspended work on your project for nonpayment. We sent you several request for payment prior to this. You also said you were handling certain aspects for the project such as painting. It was your attempt to have work not included in the contract completed and that was one of many issues with your project. It has been months since your last attempt to smear our name. We are asking once again to please pay your outstanding bill. We also have numerous emails (communication) asking for you to resolve this prior to suspending work. This is just one more attempt to defraud the company.
