7/18/2024 CANCELLATION. I sent in a "30 days notice" as required to cancel our contract & the "account manager" is refusing to accept the notice and stating we have to keep the contract for another year, instead of the 30 days which is what is required. I understand it hasnt been the 30 days yet however he is stating we have to wait a full year to be able to cancel, which is NOT* was was said and what is in the contract itself. On top of having nothing but documented** issues with ongoing service we are now being told we cant cancel? at first this was going to be a temporary cancellation but due to our new account managers mannerism and poor way of handling this situation by trying to strong arm us into another year of service we will never again use this company. When i first emailed about cancellation he showed up to our office the next day unwilling to take no for an answer and still trying to do a "walk through" with a new provider. our last service date was July 7th, and from security time stamps the provider was in our building for a total of 36 minutes... to clean a 2 floor office, (which there is no way that is even possible), we've had issues with other providers in the past NOT doing the job and our previous account manager was great with trying to help remedy the situations, so after all the ongoing issues we decided to take a break and outsource the job to someone else and cancel. sent our 30 days notice as required, but now being told its no good and we have to wait another year ?!? ABSOLUTELY NOT! PLEACE CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT!!!! So far no one is trying to help resolve this.

I sent an email in March 2022 to inform Buildingstars that we were canceling our services as of **** 1, 2022, because we were moving and no longer in need of their services. We received invoices for **** and July cleaning services for a building/office we no longer occupy and the owner sold the building as of July 1, 2022. I have sent multiple emails, always including all prior emails and email chains, only to receive a reply that our "point of contact" has been added to the email chain. I spoke with one of these point of contact who acknowledged he spoke with the owner of the building and confirmed the cancellation. I JUST received another email from a member of their inside sales team attempting to "resolve our balance due". I am at a loss as to why no one has read the email chains or acknowledge that this has been an ongoing issue since March of 2022. They are trying to **** us for services not performed and this is past the point of ridiculous at this point of time.

Our apologies. Regarding the dispute below,  The cancellation for services was entered on our end.  However, the date of the last service entered was not accurate.  I have issued credits for the remaining balances and attached those credits along with Mba's current statement showing a zero balance.  Please let me know if anything else is needed.

    Thank you
