Buildingstars provides excellent service in the office buildings that I manage. The team is *******************, efficient and thorough in their work. Their response time is almost immediate as is their follow-up. Our account manager is always eager to help and answer my questions in a timely manner. Buildingstars has met all of our expectations and has helped resolve any issues that have arose. Our facility, when isn't being used as office space, has events throughout the year bringing in hundreds of guests which require specialty cleaning which Buildingstars has been able to accommodate. We had an awful experience with this company. The "cleaners" didn't clean so after several weeks of trying to get them to do their job, we had to fire them. I have now asked 3 times for our keys back and they keep saying that they will bring them but nothing yet. Awful company, awful communication, and all around awful experience.Buildingstars
