****, the technician was thorough and communicated clearly what was needed lad for my dryer. They had been out previously and replaced a heat sensor and it blew again and replace it with the heat assembly. They did not charge me again for a service and deducted the cost of the heat sensor as well. Very fair and respectful comoany

1 starIf I could give a 1/w star I would. I am very disappointed in this company. I called, explained my 5 year old washing machine had a musty smell. Service scheduled. ****** arrived at the given time, looked at the machine and said get some cleaning tablets at the store. How hard would it have been for the owner to suggest that at the time of the initial phone call? ****** said he thought it was an electrical smell he was being assigned to. What a TOTAL RIP-OFF. When I called the office manager back she said she is not a technician and could not suggest anything. Tech was here for not even 5 minutes. Stay away from these folks!Review fromLeslie G

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. She called and scheduled an appointment to have a garbage disposal installed. She already purchased the garbage disposal and just need them to install it. They quoted her the $89 service charge but nothing else. They ended up charging her the $89 service call and an additional $247.50 for a total of $336.50. Mind you, this work took a total of 10 minutes. She called them to complain about the total (through an interperter, due to being hearing impaired) and was told that is what they charge. I also called and was told the same thing. HOW do you charge someone $247.50 for 10 minutes of work and no parts provided?? I am also placing a complaint with the local news station. Absolutely ridiculous that a business can charge this and get away with it. I apparently am in the wrong business, as I'm not into HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!AAA Home Services
