****************, very nice company. They sent ****** electrician to my home. He took care of the problem, and I was very happy with the way everything was handled. ****** very nice very polite and he listen to everything that I needed for him to take care of and found the problem. I would recommend **************** to anybody who is needing work done on electricity.AAA Home Services

**** diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator. He is professional and knowledgeable. He previously repaired my dryer and my dishwasher. I call AAA and ask for **** by name whenever I need any appliance repairs. It is so great to be able to rely on **** at AAA because I always get exceptional service.AAA Home Services

Will never use again. They came out the first time July 12th. Said they had to order parts. 2 weeks later still no word and when I called they said the parts were back ordered. I get that but would have been nice to have known that. Once the parts come out (8/7/23) almost a month later. They tell my daughter it has to be defrosted (which they never mentioned before) and that they would be back on Wednesday. I took off a half day to wait for them. I finally text the service guy making sure we were still on. He said it had to defrost and he would be out the next day (Thursday) I told him it had been defrosting for over 24 hrs. He simply said plug it back in ill be there tomorrow. My daughter and I both work so we can't have someone there at all times. I called the supervisor (which was no help) all he did was call the technician then tell me sorry idk what happened why you werent on the schedule the next available is Friday. So now my fridge has been unplugged since Tuesday I'm out money and food and all they could do was say sorry idk what happened. Very unprofessional no communication and takes no responsibility for their mistakes nor do they try to do anything to correct the issue just schedule when it fits in their schedule. Will never use again or recommend to anyone.AAA Home Services

*********: I'm sorry for the lack of communication on the back ordered parts. Regarding the defrosting instructions, we should have told you up front which I thought he did. I know the unit has been fixed and it should be working properly. I appreciate the feedback, we will work to improve our internal processes for a better customer experience next time. I contacted them about a refrigerator repair, told them what I had troubleshooted already, and they were nice enough to say that is what they would have done had they come out, saving me a trip fee! They noted what would probably be next, and about what it might cost, which was very helpful. Will certainly call again if I need further work or help!AAA Home Services
