1 starPaid $89 ( receipt says good for 30 days) to come look at my ice maker with only a drill and nothing to check the voltage of the wires. Said we needed a new ice maker. Came back to install new ice maker ($244) Still wasnt working so he said we needed new door. He took out the new ice maker and put back in the old one. Told him we were not buying a new door ($1389) but they failed to credit our **** the $244 for the ice maker he took back. After SEVERAL phone attempts finally only wants to give us back $109. Well the receipt does not breakdown that part of the $244 is for labor. We already paid $89 which is good for 30 days. They actually have the $89 scratched out on the receipt with the ice maker cost. How can they justify what was wrong with the ice maker with just a drill. Playing guessing games at my expense I guess. Although the guy that came to the house was friendly, I am very dissatisfied with their performance along with their customer service and care. Beware!!Review fromCarol H

5 stars****** has been my ******* technician twice. Both times he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did his job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Great job with diagnosing a ** washer and got parts under warranty. Service on a Monday after calling on Friday. After an examination ordered replacement motor and installed on Friday of the same week. **** was knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend AAA for appliances repairs.AAA Home Services

************DO NOT USE THEM********8 REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING AGAIN AFTER THEY REPAIRED.CAME LAST NIGHT TO SMELL HOUSE FROM VACATION The two technicians came out to replace my whirlpools refrigerators compressor because it was not cooling on 04/14/2023. Refrigerator was now cooling, but started to make a rattling noise that could be heard all the way to my bedroom and living room. The same technicians came out on 05/05/2023 for the rattling noise. The younger guy that installed the compressor stated nothing is wrong with the compressor And there was an older man that really did not have any good bedside manner. They looked at and the older gentleman said " Refrigerators make noises, read you owners manual" and they could not do anything else. This made me so angry, but I kept my cool. So, they left and did NOTHING AND THAT REFRIGERATORS MAKE NOISE!!!! This is warranty work for Whirlpool. Whirlpool sent another company and stated it should not be making such a loud noise. But he did not want to work on the refrigerator after somebodies bad work. Whirlpool sent out a third company out and stated that the rattling noise is not normal. He look at the part installed stated it was NOT THE CORRECT COMPRESSOR and that they pinched one of the tubes on installation. The 3rd Company is ordering a the correct compressor, but not sure when it will come in at is a hard compressor to come by as the model refrigerator is so new. THEN WHEN WE CAME HOME LAST NIGHT FROM VACATION TO SMELLY HOUSE FROM ALL THE FOOD GOING BAD IN OUR REFRIGERATOR AND MOLD IN THE FRIDGE.I know this warranty work, but if I was paying for this service. I probably would not have any recourse with their company. And they just need to get rid of the older TECHINICIAN, AS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEBODYAAA Home Services

****** - as you know, we have been out to your home a few times now to install that new compressor. When we called tech line from the manufacturer, they said the noise you were hearing was normal. If your compressor that we installed has failed, ***** did let you know that we would install a new one for you. We don't manufacture the parts for the unit. We install them as an authorized servicer. Let ** know how you want to proceed. Thanks - AAA Home Services
