On Feb 28, 2023 I received an email for a product that interested me. I went to the website and viewed the product. I decided to purchase one of the packages for $99.80 with free shipping and no other fees or charges disclosed. I paid using the ****** link on the page. When logged on to ****** there was no total shown. After paying I was redirected back to the site and there were 3 seperate pop ups asking me to buy more crap from them. I declined each and every pop up offer. After the 3rd offer was declined I was redirected to a receipt page for what I purchased. On the receipt was the $99.80 purchase as well as a line item for ******* Shipping Protection 4 $15.00. I did not agree to this charge, it was not disclosed prior to my actually allowing them to charge my ****** account. I have sent them a reply email since their phone gets answered by a machine and not allowing me to leave a message. There are 2 solutions to this issue for me, the first is a refund of the 15 dollars, and the second a cancelation of the entire order and a complete refund. This company should be sanctioned for deceptive business practices.Customer Answer

This complaint has been resolved. I had to dispute the charge to get the companies attention. They finally refunded the money they stole from me.My guess is that they do this to everyone so this complaint should probably stay available for others to see.Initial Complaint

Thank goodness I have not ordered anything from the company so that is not a problem BUT I receive 3 or 4 spam emails per day and can't get them stopped. I have tried deleting my email address with each spam email they send several times a day and their emails just keep coming. I bought their security lights (3) for $117.00, with the extra $20.00 warranty on 10/30/2020. I received them, and they would not work for my lighting. The order number was **********. I was told to return them w/ the order number and a refund would be made. I returned them on 11/2/2022 from the Moody, Alabama post office. I also only took out one bulb, didnt work on my lights, so I put it back in the same box, and packing it came in. Well a month went by, and I called them, they said they needed the tracking number. Unfortunately I cannot find it. So after many calls to them,, I was told without the tracking number, they cant do a refund. Then I got an email saying as soon as they confirm the items were not damaged they would. Here we are 2/3/2023 and they refuse to do anything. I have talked to countless people that keep telling me that without the tracking number they cant do anything. They received their product back, in the same packaging that they sent it. It also cost me another $15.00 to send it back. So all that said, yes I really need that money back, and I would also like to caution to other customers about their "return policy". In the return policy I have read, all you need is the order number. It probabily would be easier if I had the tracking number, however I dont. I ordered 2 WiFi Smart Cameras for my home and neither one work. I purchased two cameras from this company and the products do not work properly and I tried to reason with customer service with no results I am asking for a full refund since I just bought them on 9/18/22 I want my money back i filed a complaint with my bank and they are investigating the issue this company should not be allowed to do business anywhereBusiness Response

Communicated with customer via FB. Advised customer to return product back to return address. Once shipped to let us know the tracking number and we would refund while in transit to us to speed up the process. Customer provided Tracking number **********************. We tried to refund customer but got an error back stating that the customer has disputed the charge with their bank. "Could not issue refund. Processor returned: Charge *************************** has been charged back; cannot issue a refund. It is currently up to the bank to issue the release of funds.

I bought a light bulb security camera that screws into a light fixture. I ordered 2 on 8-3-2022 for $119.95 from DotComProducts.com. The last time I got an email from them was 8-12-2022. They kept saying it was on its way. They never arrived. On 9-14-2022 I called their number *************. the girl I talked to could not speak good English but she kept telling me it would arrive Friday 9-16-2022. It never arrived. I was supposed to have received a tracking number via email, but did not.I returned email from dotcomproducts on 9-19-2022 and got no response. I emailed ************************* ********************************** whose name was on the email. He never responded.I called again 9-26-2022. After being on hold for 16 minutes, I gave up. I believe this is a scam. I should have already gotten this item a month ago at least. I would prefer to just have my money credited back to my card if I am not going to get the product. I receive at least 10 emails a day from DotComProducts. I have unsubscribed from their e-mail mailing lists via a link in their email. I have unsubscribed from their lists at least 50 times. However, I continue to receive emails from DotComProducts on a daily basis. Today I let them know that any future emails sent to my e-mail address will be charged a $100.00 USD fee per e-mail received.I would like the company to send me a letter stating that no further e-mails will be received from Dot Com Products or their subsidiaries, and that they acknowledge that any future e-mails that I receive from them will be charged $100.00 which will be paid in full within 15 days of invoice.Business Response

However, I never received a written response from them regarding my fee of $100 per future email. If I receive any emails from them I will charge the $100 fee and *** them in court for harassment.
