    Hello, I purchased 3 Wi fi security cameras and a 64 giga bite memory card for $136.The purchase was made on August 17,2022 I received the cameras on September 1, 2022 The cameras Do Not Work properly. Followed instructions and the cameras are dead. Reset cameras and to no avail still nothing. ** loT is the brand. These cameras are generic from *****. Did not receive ** cameras as stated on the site or tutorial. I called customer service for assistance and could not get anyone. Very long wait.Finally, they do not want to refund as stated in the ad. I'd like a full refund.Fraud Do not want to give me a refund after stating "full refund if not satisfied

    We were able to get the cameras to work, through a third party, but the company (dot com products) has inferior customer service.

    I also see here that you contacted your bank and filed a dispute on that charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: Their claims of service are false and misleading. They refused to answer any e-mails and inquiries, when I contacted them by phone, I was given false and misleading information.  I have stoped the CC charge dispute and allowed payment. If anyone cares, check out the reviews of this company. I should have! Many complaints from bad damaged products to never receiving the product. They promise 2 day service and as you see they admit it was not.  Just a bad company that needs to be noted

    Date of transaction 8/8/22. $92 was spent on 2 cameras plus $5 for shipping and handling. A total of $97 was spent. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. The order number is #DCP3876. The tracking shipment number that was provided was **************************. Another order number that was given is #DCP3848131 and the email claimed it would arrive via *** but it came through the ***** I have included 2 attachments. One attachment is the e-mail of the product that I was supposed to receive and the other is a picture of what I actually received in the mail. The package was sent from this address ****************************************************************.

I also do not see here in our system that you tried to contact us. Please note we did correct our error to make sure you got what you ordered.

    Ordered some security light bulbs totaling $290 on 08-08-2022. Received an email from someone named **** on Aug.17, 2022 about product is in que waiting to be shipped out and watch out for an email about tracking number and call or email them if you don't receive a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. I called them today (08-19-2022) to let them know I don't have a tracking number and they are giving me the run around on it. I asked the lady is it going to be another month or what? She did not give me a definite answer. If they cannot give me a tracking number soon, I want my $290 back.

    I ordered a Tshirt from an ad online and apparently they enrolled me in a monthly membership. When I saw the charge I immediately called to cancel the charge and membership. The woman on the phone said she couldn't help me and wouldn't let me speak or get a word in and said someone from another department would have to call me back and hung up. I called again and pressed the button for the membership service and the same woman answered and pretended she couldn't hear anyone on the line. I have emailed and messaged them online to cancel the membership and refund my *****. I have not received a response.

    We purchased a coffee cup from them several months ago. Since that time, we have received two unsolicited items. Each were t shirts for which we were charged $29.90 a piece. After the first shipment I spoke with customer service and requested we be removed from any future shipping and/or orders. I was assured that was done. As of today, I have received yet another shipment and find my credit card has again been charged against my wishes. It would appear that contact with this company is ineffective.

    We became involved with this issue in April 2022 with an order.  The first unsolicited t shirt arrived at my address on June 27,2022.  Your documentation may say I first called on July 11 but that would be incorrect,    As the item was unexpected and charged unexpectedly, I would not have waited until July 11 to call.  Unfortunately, I did not keep the date of the call l as I expected reliable service.

    When I spoke with *** this morning, she told me she would be sending me an e-mail declaring that this subscription membership was cancelled.  I assume this will be forthcoming???    This is NOT an issue I plan to deal with on a monthly basis.

    Our concern is that our request to terminate our membership was prior to July 11.  Their desire for me to "prove" a charge after July 15th is ludicrous.  I am wondering why I had a charge in July. in the first place    But, trey insist I called on July 11 (or 15t--as the responses are unclear)

    It is now obvious that this company has incomplete records of this transaction and/or other intent.  As w are unable to give an exact date at this time for our request for termination of this membership, we are forced to accept their explanation.  

    So, it is a lesson learned.  I will always try to remember not to deal with fly-by-night companies in the future.
