  A RIP OFF for sure. When I ordered a product they stated if not satisfied return for a refund. I was not satisfied and returned the product. Today I get a notice that THIS IS NOT A REFUND but a credit for a different product. Turns out that also is a scamm DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!****************

  It's a rip off. I can see I'm going to have a long fight back and forth, but I won't get my money back, worse, based on comments I've read, I expect I'll probably start charging me additional money. These people should be arrested. How do they get away with it. What's the sense in having this page when multiple people are saying that they're ******* but nothing is done about it.

Why?" on 8/22/22 we refunded you $136, Looks like your bank did a chargeback on 8/25/22. Not too sure whats a rip off or what your long fight is. You asked for a refunded and we gave you a refund within 48 hours of your request.

  I placed an order with this company on 6 Aug 2022 and have not received my order and my agents to contact the company by phone and e mail has been unseccessful. The company has billed and collected from my credit card. I will also contact my credit card company and file a complaint with them also in hopes of getting some sort of resolution. Thank you for any assistance you may render.the order # for this order is #**********

  I purchased products online from this company on the night of 8/3/22 and realized I did not need these products. Their e-mails said to respond to this email or call, so I responded twice to their emails cancelling the order on 8/6 and 8/7. I called my Chase Credit card on 8/6/22 and told them about my issue and I received a full refund from Chase on 8/7/22. I emailed this company again on 8/7/22 again and cancelled the order again even though I received a refund already. I also called on 8/11 to double check and the woman stated "yes she issued the refund and was aware the order was cancelled", but later that night on 8/11/22 I received an email with a *** tracking number stating delivery will be on 8/19/22. I tried calling again on 8/12/22 and the call would not go though stating the mailbox is full. I will try to catch the *** delivery man and have them send it back, but I'm concerned I might not see the *** delivery man in enough time and secondly I don't want some sort of property hold due to non-payment, I'm not sure what to do next.Thank you,****** *

  I ordered some tumblers and I was automatically put on their Beta testing group to pay $19.95 a month. I thought that was giving me a Tumblr every month for my $20. Turns out I was paying $20 for the opportunity to order more products from them at a slight discount. Total rip off. Watch what you buy and watch what you agree to. Watch your accounts and don't let them take money for something they're not sending. It's not like the **shirt club. I got nothing for my $100 for the last 5 months. There is a similar program on 9 line apparel, but they actually send a mug or a **shirt every month for your money. Me. Check them out. Good business, veteran owned and operated, you get something for your money. This is just a scam.

  I ordered the solar lights for my house however they were not what I expected. They will not light up as bright as advertised. Therefore, I am very dissatisfied. I went to return the item and the 100% back guarantee is a fraud. I was told that I could not return the item due to it being over 120 days. Of course they notified me of this after returning the item and paying out of pocket expenses for it to be returned. And after customer service first advising me to return the item for my full refund. Please don't be mislead. I will NOT purchase anything else from this company and I will spread the word!!
