    Purchased a light bulb camera, which took forever to get here after I filed a complaint with pay pal, it showed up. Next couldnt get it to pair, lady says it doesnt work with 5g internet.. So they want me to pay for the shipping to refund it and not reimburse me for it!!! Scam, Ive always have received a packaging slip to return items, they should be investigated!!!!!!!

    Got the security camera in a reasonable time. It work as advertised, however, where I needed it the area made the alarm go off about every **** minutes all night!!. Returned as directed but did not get a credit. Not necessarily a scam, but not a responsible business, as the ship back address was only a shipping office!1 So sad you cannot trust the advertisers on the internet!

    *****,We spoke via email the other day to let you know we received your Package and you had been refunded. You responded "Thank You". Also you can turn off the motion Alarm on the camera under the settings.

    Very untrustworthy company. Shipping charges not mentioned until after they have your credit card information. Receipts for purchased products via email not dated. Shipping alleged delays due to not enough help. Etc, etc... not a member of BBB. They use different emails and then never get back to you. A 1.17/5 on reviews, horrible. Rip off.

    This company is a rip off it took forever for my package to arrive, tried to get in touch with them numerous times, the phone number they give do not work neither does the email. They took me for 145.95.Now that the bulbs finally arrived you can't return them, I've tried everything about this company is fake,I pray no one else falls for this it is a scam ,the bulbs don't work, you can't return, you have no way of communicating with them, me being on social security I really couldn't afford but being elderly and living a lone ,I made a sacrifice I'm out of my money and stuck with something that is worthless. These people are thieves.

    Sounds like an law firm needs to be contacted and this company have a suit filed against them. Placed an order today before reading the comments, and that was a huge mix. I have contacted my financial institution, and I will be contacting this company on Tuesday since most everything will be closed due to the upcoming holiday. I have an open dispute already in the works, and have an appointment with an attorney. This company is not accredited with the BBB. Also upon further research, the discounted price is still well above legit sites where they can be purchased. I really hope they do the right thing when they are contacted, or legal action will be taken. Its a shame when a so called company has no integrity and untrustworthy and fraudulent. I will update after o speak to them. This company should be closed down immediately!!!

    I ordered a Bulbcam. It took a very long time to receive it, then I couldn't get it to work so I called Dotcom and they said the would give me a refund when they received the return. After they received the return; they issued a CREDIT for a "Car camera " which I don't want or need!! I have tried for several days to call them and have held for what seems like hours....still no answer. They will not respond to my emails either. So this appears to be a scam . Looks like I'm with no product or refund...approximately $ 140 dollars they scammed me for! I wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating.

    I recieved my light bulb security camera yesterday 8/30/22. I spent three hours on hold trying to get answers to why it would not connect to my wifi. Turns out the camera isn't 5G compatible. My internet provider set up another network for me 2.4. The camera still would not connect. Had to set up an account three different times, still unable to sign in. The camera works intermittently if I use wifi Hotspot. When I do that other features on my phone stops working, such as my ability to use ******** check my emails, sign into online banking ect. At one point last night I was playing around trying different things and had the camera screen pulled up, suddenly Chinese writing appeared on the screen. Needless to say I shut everything down immediately. Have tried to contact them today, 8/31/22. Spent 2.5 hours on hold, spoke to absolutely no one. I called at nine a. m. central time. Hung up and called back to the place a new order extension, thinking surely someone will pick up. I was on hold yet again. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is absolutely a scam. I also signed up for the cloud monitoring, I'm still on my seven day free trial. Going to try an email to cancel my subscription and get return instructions. I see the address is ***** *****. Going to call the BBB there and file a complaint. As for buying anything from this company DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

    I ordered 2 of these cameras along with 2 (64) GB SD Cards and 1 -6light extension. These were ordered on 8-11-22 and received them 8-29-22. They were installed today according to package directions but would not connect. Tried getting some customer support and was told that they do not have anyone who is able to do the support job. After reading reviews by other customers I can see that this company is not reputable! I have asked in e-mail for refund immediately or expect them to contact me with customer support. At this point I doubt Ill get either. They do not tell you but they are giving you a trial review for 7 days and if you dont cancel youll be some automatically charged a monthly to your credit card that you put this order on. Thats totally illegal; they said nothing of that at the time of order. Only found this out after talking with others who have ordered this light bulb security camera system. If you can help Id appreciate it. My order number is #**********. Thank you.

    They are nothing but thieves and they should not be able to do what they are doing, by that I mean they take your money off the credit card and do not send the product. 5 of the better butter knives have now cost me a total of $82.41 dollars. I have not received anything from them and I am currently on hold for the 2nd time today to talk to someone. Im going to get every single ***** back from them one way or the other.
